    @sillysassy A great memory

  • I would be up for that, but what if your cuddle partner gets more interested in the movie?

  • I've cuddled a lot in theaters, but only with romantic partners. It baffles me that most clients I've talked to are NOT willing to do any movie cuddle sessions when, at least when it comes to stereotypical romance, the concept of a movie date has always been the BEST place to start initiating physical contact. Think of the trope of the "fake yawn" to put your arm around someone in a theater. To be clear, I am NOT putting pro cuddling sessions in the same category of romance, I'm only bringing up dating tropes to illustrate why I'm so shocked that clients here don't seem to think a movie theater is a good cuddle location because it seems like a well-established social norm. It's one of the few places where it's socially acceptable to hold another person in public. Every time I'm at a theater, I see at least 2 or 3 couples cuddling, and none of the theater staff ever care.

    Another factor is that I've noticed a lot of men on this site don't want to be seen in public with their pro cuddlers. I've been made to go through a separate entrance to hotels more than once for sessions. So that might be why there's little interest in a movie cuddle because that necessitates being seen in public with the cuddler.

  • So I used to think cuddling in a movie theater was a great idea but I don't think it is anymore.
    I went to a movie with a friend and she wanted to cuddle during the movie. It was a theater with reclining seats and you could move the arm rests up so we could definitely cuddle easily.
    But guess what...during the movie they turned the lights on!!
    I think they are worried about people having sex in movie theaters, so if it looks like you're cuddling some theaters will try to catch you.
    She kept getting upset about it.

  • I’ve had one cuddle in a movie theater and it was awesome!!! 🎉😊

  • I think it really depends on the people involved. Both parties would have to be OK with PDA, Also a lot of my clients have been people that want to talk that's not something you can really do in a theater. you can with the drive in but not the walk in theaters. Mine are always packed.
    Weather permitting you could always suggest other fun events that you could have the cuddling experience but your safety is well. like a park, enjoy nature while cuddling and holding hands.

  • @bluerose8121 exactly. I'm one of those people who likes to chat during a cuddle session, so a movie theater would not necessarily be the place for me. I can see it maybe as an option with a cuddler I've had many sessions with, as a way to try something different (and when we're past the "still getting to know each other" stage).

    But I realize, as a man, that I don't have the same safety concerns as female cuddlers do. So I get why this would be a safer alternative.

  • I only cuddle in theaters. It is the best place. Where else would you cuddle really anyway?

  • I’d love to have a cuddle session at the movies. I’ve been in those huge reclining chairs there and always imagined bringing a blanket or something to snuggle up in. I think the avatar movie would be perfect for this,

  • @GreatHornedOwl Totally agree. My issue with the drive in is being in a stranger’s car or vice versa. @JasonCuddles Thank you! @neesha I’ve never seen heated seats at the movie theater. That sounds amazing.

    @happybear A few people from New York have commented that it’s common to cuddle at a movie theater there. It could be an AZ issue.

    @xodaisyxo That’s awesome! Hopefully you have more luck with it than I do.

    @hifigeorge That’s a very fair point.

    @MarkBPhx Movable arm rests are key!

    @mimtheplantmom & @Mman Nice!

  • @PrettyLuv Lol so long as he’s holding my hand and we are snuggling I wouldn’t mind that lol

    @bobadevotee I haven’t had that experience of someone not wanting to be seen with me, as I always meet in public I probably weed those guys out lol

    @Melancholy The lights on wouldn’t bother me. Nothing to see here.

    @JohnR1972 That’s great to hear!

    @bluerose8121 That’s a good point. I don’t need as much talking. So the other person would have to feel similarly.

    @nycuddlerny Nice! Seems it’s quite popular in New York.

    @peachinthecity Absolutely.
