@Mman Patti Smith is such a wonderful interpreter of other people’s work. She makes things her own and you forget who originally did it which I think is the highest accolade you can give someone doing a cover.

I bought a CD yesterday. Can't remember the last time I did that. The clearance rack deal was too good to pass up.
@Finnegan2017 I am not responsible enough to own CDs. I'm so glad the format changed. I scratched them all the time. Oddly, cassettes were different. I guarded them like Smog. The first fight me and my baby sis got into was because she ripped the tape out of my Ozzy cassette. There were fisticuffs. Don't mess with a 5 year olds cassette collection.
@stormydaycuddle I'm old and haven't adapted to the times entirely. I've got a great deal of my music collection downloaded to my phone and it's what I listen to in the car. Stuck in the 80s.
