Thank you @cuddlefaery we are enjoying seeing them grown as a couple and also as individuals exploring something new.We too go to many cuddle parties, we are lucky as we know many diverse people so get to experience different levels and ideas on cuddling and touch.

I'll cuddle anyone who needs it and if it's within a safe context. Touch is a really powerful thing for a lot of people, myself included, and it's about nurturing and supporting another human being, being someone's safe place for a little while so they can just be still and rest. I've even felt myself be very grounded and brought back from an overload of panicked thoughts just from touch. It's a beautiful thing! But it's not for everyone!

The couple we have been seeing came back today and we agreed as last time to start with all four cuddling together switching between us.This worked really well last week and today we felt there was much more confidence from the couple .Today we did same gender cuddling for an hour my guy took the lead with me, I gave him compliments and I could feel his confidence rise .My wife and his wife have very close chemistry , my wife now feels the lady has developed so quickly she can easily cuddle other ladies without being too tentative.

I for one prefer cuddling my same gender. Aka women over men.
I love cuddling other women, especially with my head laying on their stomach and my arms around them or vice versa. It’s my favorite cuddle position.
I try to live a life where I am open to interactions that are respectful and positive, regardless of age, sex, orientation, body type, religion etc. Cuddling and hugs are best given and shared, not "taken". When younger, happy enough to find good relationships, now I look for great ones. No need for games, manipulative behaviour, negativity etc. Always try to leave a person better than when you found them......or they found you.

Same gender cuddling is such a helpful forum. Most of the interest in my profile is generated by my gender(male) & I am just happy to be part of a community that seems open, comfortable and exciting. I’m looking forward to meeting more individuals as I get more acquainted with the site, as well. If I get tagged in a comment, it might take me a minute to circle back around to it. Currently reading other comments.

I grew up brushing and playing with female members of my family’s hair and/or laying my head on their laps while watching tv.
Cuddling with a female feels very familiar to me and comforting. My sister just moved across the county and I don’t get that type of affection anymore and I miss it!!

I don't tend to get much out of cuddling with woman, unfortunately. I used to hold friends when they were in need while watching movies but I did it for them, not myself.

The couple we have been seeing came back today and this time we started with same gender cuddling. My wife and I were big spoons so we positioned it so the couple faced each other. After fifteen minutes we moved closer so the couple could reach out and touch each others arms. We then got the couple to turn so we were face to face.I felt there was more intensity with my man,the eye gazing was stronger the breathing much more heightened,my wife said the same with her lady.We got them to be big spoon and I could feel his body was much more relaxed than previous weeks.We finished with the couple cuddling each other and as each week passes we see a different edge between them.
I’ve cuddled with male friends before but never a stranger and I am also queer so it makes it harder as well. I’d much prefer cuddling another woman 😅

When I first started cuddling, I didn’t know if I would be comfortable cuddling women. After a few more recent positive experiences, I really enjoy it. It’s nice to have the close feminine energy and different vibe.

Today I had a session with a same gender couple,both men had cuddled men before but only in a tentative way.I felt it would be good for them to cuddle first then I joined in.We switched between me cuddling one then the other then all three of us together. Tonight our regular married couple are coming over, my wife is keen to switch throughout however finishing with same gender cuddling for the last half an hour

I want to cuddle with a nurturing mother figure… My own mom wasn’t the greatest and I know I lack that nurturing touch.
@CuddlelessinLB For me, finding that maternal-cuddles feeling again at a cuddle party was one of my first platonic touch a-has. My mom was pretty much the only person in my family I was physically affectionate with, ever, and the memory had faded after adolescence when I grew super reserved and touch-phobic. Since she passed away 10 years ago, hugging her more is something I've regretted, so getting to trigger some of the good touch memories I have from childhood with other women has been really cathartic. Definitely something I think many of us could use more of - it hits different than hugging girl friends.
