The reverb thread (where people share their voices) motivated me to check out many profiles. Mostly it's forum posts and content and messages that get me to read someone's profile. I can tell the ones where they've put some thought into it, the ones that look like a cut and paste from their Tinder/dating profile, and the rare ones that show they can not only write and express themselves but that they show a glimpse of their soul. Coming across a sense of humor is a good thing. My bias and personal preference is NOT seeing pictures, which is probably unique to CC, and created from about-to-be-banned profiles here with boobs or dick pics. For the record, I'm in no way a prude, but for gawd's sake put some clothes on, please, thanks.
Definitely their face to start and then the content of their profile as a whole.

Usually I look if they message me or have visited my profile and possibly from the forums.
That they actually put in effort to fill out their profile is ONE attraction for me.😊
Adding a few pics of themselves or even few memes that shows a little of their personality is the SECOND attractive thing that attracts me to their profile. 😉
