Blocked šŸ˜

I get an enthusiast visiting me like maybe every day for the past three days so I finally message them and just say I saw that you visited a couple times do you have any questions yada yada something like that. Then he goes on to say that he does not hire pros because he doesn’t think it’s a genuine connection. But he sees that I am a pro when he keeps clicking on my profile. And then he blocked me. So strange why would I want to cuddle someone like him I just asked a simple question. I guess I’m not good enough to cuddle but I’m good enough to look at. Sometimes the site gets on your nerves sorry if I’m offending anyone. I guess because he’s a model maybe he doesn’t have to pay for Cuddles. Someone’s willing to cuddle him for free good for him. All right I’m done with my rant. I guess I have to make this into a question now, has anybody else experienced this? Like most of my post I don’t have time to answer a lot of people back but I will read the answers.

  • I looked back at what I asked him and all I asked him was I see that you visited my profile a couple times are you visiting Cleveland anytime soon. I guess I shouldn’t message enthusiast lol

  • Well that was an interesting and uncalled for reaction. Being that I am not a pro I haven't had that happen to me, of course. Just wanted to say I am glad you shared your experience. I like your rants because they are relatively kind and tame. I suppose you called his emotional bluff, so to speak, and he may be embarrassed or something. In my limited experience in conversing with male models, they are odd creatures anyway.

Please continue to message enthusiasts who visit your page. Some of us are shy and reaching out does help connect providers with those that need legit cuddles. 🌻

  • @KozyKim don’t feel bad. If someone visits your profile it’s fair game to reach out to them. If you only wait until clients message you first you won’t get many bookings. A lot of people are nervous and feel better when you make the first move. Don’t let anyone shame you for trying to earn a living. Some people are window shoppers and will visit your profile a lot but will never book. And sometimes people are rude about me reaching out to them ā€œ like how dare I presume they might want to hire meā€. The way I see it when a person visits my profile they are like a customer walking into my shop and it would be rude and negligent not to greet them.

  • I would rather someone say something harsh back to me and just call me on something. Then block me. Blocking is just seems very weird. Especially since you’re visiting my profile it’s not like you don’t know I am a pro. And I didn’t say anything mean. I mean I could see if I said something mean then go ahead and block me. I guess I just don’t understand. I have like five people that have blocked me and I don’t even know why they blocked me. I guess I just like closure. Like I don’t want to talk to you anymore I’m sorry... And then I say OK I understand thanks for letting me know. I don’t like when people ghost people. I always let people have closures old boyfriends they can talk for a long time before I finally say I’m done but I really let them vent and I let them fully know why I’m not with them I don’t just skip out on people. But that’s just me lol

  • On the flipside , it's a funny coincidence that so many people complain that nobody messages them ....

  • I understand that blocking can come off as abrupt or even rude, but at the end of the day what's the problem here? You messaged to offer a commercial service he didn't ask for and isn't interested in. You are not legally or ethically required to take unsolicited sales calls, and neither is he.

The fact that he visited your profile multiple times is not as meaningful as you think it is. People click around the site and visit profiles. It's not unusual for me to visit 30+ profiles at once. I may visit some of the same profiles the next day, and not necessarily even remember that I've already seen them.

  • I suspect at least part of the reason he blocked is because he realized something about himself that he did not like and he could not face it or you. Truly one of those cases where the blocking has nothing to do with the person blocked.

  • @KozyKim on the ā€œrant meterā€ you didn’t even register! šŸ˜‚

  • I agree @KozyKim This site is more and more seeming like a cess pool of creepies that just want to lurk on you and/or foster shadiness. I’ve been penalized for participating honestly in forums as being maybe to aggressive with my opinions, while others are freely open to attack perspectives with no reprimand or respect for other ways of life.

  • Yes that’s fair I understand what you’re saying but I did not solicit him I only said are you coming to Cleveland. I just assume that he might be making a trip here because he visited me three days in a row. I didn’t say do you wanna get together do you want to have coffee do you want to cuddle. He explained himself and I would have been very content with his explanation and just left it at that. Why block me I just don’t understand that.

  • @xandriarain Exactly! It was a pleasant surprise to me to find out that many pros like to just chat with other members if they have the time. And it seems to me a professional pro would often send a nice message like Kozy Kim's after being viewed more than once. Just sensible really.

  • It’s a shame that the cuddle community online seems to be designed to end up as an echo chamber. I’ve met so many awesome cuddlers who literally just want to cuddle and not be weird perverts.

  • They’re here for the cuddles, not for the echo chamber. Many just will never open their minds wide enough to see the limitations of their own judgmental behavior. Oh well! It was a pleasure to meet you @KozyKim! Wish we could’ve connected outside the site but I’m saying goodbye to my good cuddlers and moving on…within the week. And I’m 100% sure the majority who participate in forums will be in total celebration LOL. Really open minds there! šŸ˜‚

  • @tinc I was just thinking the same thing today how great my cuddlers have been and how much I’ve enjoyed them. Each one of them so respectful and loving and fun and a blast.

If I was an enthusiast I probably would have just one person to cuddle but because I’m a pro I can cuddle more than one person because I have the time. It’s really not about the money for me if you read my karma.

  • There's no reason to block someone for just offering to cuddle if they've visited your profile, I think it's courteous when pros I visit say "hi."

It's not unusual to have one or two pros I just visited message me to say thanks for my stopping by or letting me know they're happy to fill me in if I have questions.

  • @Ltkit thanks for your encouragement. I usually don’t message people until they visit me at least three times. And that’s three times in three days. If you visit me like once a week I probably won’t message you. I just feel like you may have forgotten that you already visited me. But you don’t forget if you visit a person three days in a row.

Most people are very receptive of a message because usually I’m just saying hello I’m not trying to get someone to cuddle me I have enough clients and I work a full-time job.

  • And I’ve definitely had a couple ā€œpervertsā€ who have great karma and are frequented by notorious pros on this site šŸ˜‚ It’s quite laughable really.

  • I don’t really want to judge that person that blocked me the only thing I don’t understand is the blocking. If he thinks that he can’t get a good connection with a pro. I think that’s unfortunate, but I’m glad that he can find enthusiast.

Hey mods if you want to close this down you can

  • @KozyKim - If I had to guess, I would guess that he is shy. Have you ever noticed a shy guy repeatedly staring at your breasts, and called him on it? If so, how did he respond?

I think that this may have been similar. You caught him staring, and called him on it. He couldn't go hide under a bed sheet, so he blocked you instead. Take it as a compliment, and move on.

As for not being good enough to cuddle, but good enough to look at, I think that you're being a little over sensitive. I enjoyed looking at you photos, but I wouldn't cuddle you either.

Not wanting to cuddle a pro may have nothing to do with her being good enough. Rather, it has to do with the nature of the status in a relationship. I pay my lawyer, and my doctor, and my plumber, and my auto mechanic. In each case, they are the pro, and I am the client. I don't want to pay a pro to be her client. I believe that cuddling should be between two people who are (at least temporarily) of equal status.

  • Uh....what?

Have you ever noticed a shy guy repeatedly staring at your breasts, and called him on it? If so, how did he respond?

You do realize your scenario just told someone to accept unwanted sexual attention as a compliment, right? Please don't ever say something like that again.

  • There's a lot of WTF here. Please, please block me.

  • I tend to forget who I have visited before and visit peoples pages over and over.. its bad. I really wish they had an option to stealth search... I uh.. wouldn't say it's a safe bet to assume we are checking you out.

On that same vein I actually am really easily annoyed at warm messages from me viewing a profile.. it irrational but it hurts my introverted soul.

On the flipside , it's a funny coincidence that so many people complain that nobody messages them

A message from a pro is a completely different thing from a message from an enthusiast. I have had good experiences come out of a pro's initial message, but the reasonable default attitude to seeing a message from a pro is not "this person wants to get to know me," it's "this person wants my money."

  • Maybe he blocked you so he doesn't make the mistake of clicking your page again? Maybe you came off to him as more abrasive than friendly? You sound very offended to me, like he SHOULD remember you. It's highly likely he doesn't know how to change his search settings (pros, radius, etc.), which may seem easy to you, but isn't always. Maybe he honestly didn't remember clicking on you because there's soooo many cuddlers with "cozy" and "cuddle" in their names. Repetition to remember things is generally put at 7. Just my thoughts!

  • I read this as the enthusiast is trying to block himself from continuing to search in the same place.

There is no hide/mute function, so his choices are either block, or continue to make the same mistake (revisiting pages of people he has decided he doesn’t want to cuddle).

@KozyKim We've communicated a bit and you're lovely. I wouldn't sweat his reaction - sure I've been blocked for having an opinion šŸ˜‚ Consider it "time saved."

  • As an enthusiast, always delighted when someone reaches out … Pro and enthusiast alike. We don’t have such a great population of cuddlers outside the larger cities of the UK, so it’s often difficult to find a cuddle partner for many of us.

  • Gotta agree with @AllAboutSoul and @MonkeyNeedsAHug

    Carry on

I wish there was a way that an attractive female, and an ignored male could swap lives for a month. I think both would learn a lot from the experience.
