This one is easy for me…
I ride my bike over 3,000 miles per year including a 160 mile bike ride from the Indiana-Illinois border to the Indiana-Ohio border (takes about 10 hours of pedaling plus 2 hours of rest stops). I have a tremendous amount of energy and feel like I am still in my 30s.
