So I went to the park where we will be Saturday. I looked at all of the other areas around this one and the one at Riverside Park looks to be the nicest. The others didn’t have lush greenery like this one does.

Amenities: Dock (Fishing Allowed) Outdoor Stage (Concert Area) Playgrounds Restrooms River Access (Canoe / Kayak Launch) River Overlooks Shelters Sprayground Trails (Riverwalk: Multi-Use)
Bring: Yourself and a friend, food to share, drinks, and picnic stuff and or a few dollars to contribute to the event set up. Bring lawn chairs or blankets, frisbees, or other lawn games, the park has ample grass space.
Details: This is a non-cuddle event to meet other cuddlers in person. Cuddling might occur if people bring blankets/etc. to use on the grass but the focus of this event is to meet other members of Cuddle Comfort in an environment without the expectation of cuddling. Cuddlers from outside of ATLANTA are welcome to join. Other social opportunities like hikes or SUP/Kayaking may be organized during the weekend as well, we will keep track of that here

Yes @JoyfulHeart the reservation for the picnic shelter was made for 3pm to 7pm. I couldn’t edit her post. Some may get their earlier to walk the park or kayak or fish etc, but I’m going to try and get there about 2:00 to set up if no one is occupying the area before our scheduled time. I will put another post here reguarding the time. Thank you so much!! 🤗🤗
