First time posting is this ok.
Welcome, @halfdead213. I note that you are in the USA where massage is a regulated profession. My understanding is that licensed massage therapists are not permitted to offer cuddling as part of a session. This is unfortunate, as there are potential benefits to combining the two. In other words you are not going to find anybody who will do exactly what you are looking for, not in the USA at least.
In theory there may exist a professional cuddler who is also a massage therapist and may offer back-to-back sessions, but I don't know if this actually exists in the USA. It does exist here in the UK, but massage is not regulated in the same way here. I've done it, and I can see that it would suit some people, but I didn't find combining them particularly helpful. Upon finishing a massage I don't immediately want a cuddle, and vice versa.
Massage normally involves the removal of clothes, which is against the terms of service of this site, so you won't find massage here anyway. However, some professional cuddlers do offer informal, over-the-clothes massage as a minor part of the session, which may or may not interest you.
It is possible for men to find enthusiast women to cuddle, but it requires a significant investment of time and energy. In practice it's considerably quicker and easier to book a professional cuddler if you are able to do so. Use the filters under the 'Cuddlers' link.

As you have probably gathered by now, the answer to your question is no, it is not ok to request massage on this site. However, you are new and as long as you promise not to do it again I doubt you will face serious consequences.
Good luck!
Got it! Thanks
