I tried logging in earlier today and kept getting a message saying login temporarily disabled. That’s the first time in 8 years on this site that I’ve ever seen that message. Has anyone else ever had this happen?
How did you manage to sign in? Did you use a different browser or a VPN or did you just keep refreshing?
It happened to me today. A message wouldn’t send, so I logged out. Then it wouldn’t let me log back in. I went to another search engine, had to close that out too, then it let me log back in after a few minutes.
Earlier I could not send a PM. A small message at the bottom of the screen says mail was temporarily disabled.
I am always signed in to the Home Screen bookmark though.
Maybe there was a site issue going on. I just waited and it eventually let me in. This site has been relatively issue free to the best of my memory.
There was a spam attack earlier which required messaging to be temporarily disabled. Log in may have been affected as well as the admins were dealing with it.
