Steak. Never gets old and is nutritionally complete... Provided you aren't some kind of monster that cooks it well done and destroys the vitamin c in it. If you're gonna do that just get the salad
Steak. Never gets old and is nutritionally complete.
Uh no it isn’t. It lacks fiber, vitamins C and E, and many essential fatty acids and trace minerals. It’s wishful thinking to think that it is. First thing you would encounter is scurvy and constipation if you only ate steak. And the amount of protein you would be taking in on a daily basis could tax your kidneys over time.
One of the many reasons why people with heart and kidney disease are told not to follow a carnivorous diet.
The healthiest people I met are vegans. We don't need meat. We eat it just because we like it.
@Mike403 Your comment is illogical. A vegan would never eat meat and if they did eat meat they are no longer vegan.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a meat eater, but a salad with fruits and vegetables taste good as is without anything extra added to it. With meat, we have to season the hell out of it just to make it taste good.
BCD Tofu house
Medium-rare T-bone, or sirloin, steak with sautéed mushrooms, and a loaded baked potato.

My lifelong constipation was cleared up on my all steak diet. Turns out fat makes for softer stools. Adding more fiber just makes poops bigger and harder to pass https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3435786/. Scurvy is another myth. Sailors got it cause they lived on jerky. Drying removes the water soluble vitamin C. The USDA doesn't measure Vit C in meat either. It's just assumed to be 0 as a result of cooking. Raw meat (ex a rare steak) has more than enough Vit C for humans. If it didn't we'd all have died out roughly 2 million years ago. At the least I'd have scurvy today.

All I use is salt, and heat. Tastes great.

What type of fiber? Some add bulk some don’t. There is soluble fiber and insoluble. They do different things.

Also from the NIH:
What foods provide vitamin C?
Fruits and vegetables are the best sources of vitamin C. You can get recommended amounts of vitamin C by eating a variety of foods including the following:
Citrus fruits (such as oranges and grapefruit) and their juices, as well as red and green pepper and kiwifruit, which have a lot of vitamin C. Other fruits and vegetables—such as broccoli, strawberries, cantaloupe, baked potatoes, and tomatoes—which also have vitamin C. Some foods and beverages that are fortified with vitamin C. To find out if vitamin C has been added to a food product, check the product labels. The vitamin C content of food may be reduced by prolonged storage and by cooking. Steaming or microwaving may lessen cooking losses. Fortunately, many of the best food sources of vitamin C, such as fruits and vegetables, are usually eaten raw.

Pure beef diets are not nutritionally complete. No one is saying it is bad for you but to make the statement it is nutritionally complete is a blatantly false statement. If you ate beef all the time you would be missing out on quite a few nutrients. That is why they recommend that seafood be mixed in on a carnivore diet because it covers bases steak does not.
Anything with legumes, berries, fruits, cruciferous, greens, vegetables, flaxseeds, nuts & seeds, herbs & spices, grains, and beverages. That's every food group.
@PeopleLikeUs You forgot meat and dairy.
@walking_xavier Corporations spend millions in R&D to make plant proteins taste like meat. Yet, to my knowledge, no one has spent a dime trying to make steak taste like a carrot.
@TxTom very classic
Macaroni and Cheese!
Blueberry bagels and toasted almond butter. I can eat them everyday. Just switch the bagels occasionally.
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. IdK about forever, but at least daily
Upma.
BLT's. Because they never upset my stomach and even calm it down when it's acting up.
This is my go to food when I meet new people. Well, that and a beer to calm my anxiety so that I can eat!!!
Cherries
Nutritional breakdown of 2000kcal of t-bone.....not much to argue about when we can look it up.
@JasonCuddles Could you post a similar chart for potato? I'm thinking meat, potato, and 30 minutes of sunlight give us everything we need.
Will you have teeth forever to eat this forever meal?
I'm a total foodie, but the only answer is pizza. I used to work in my parents pizza place. There are so many different styles and ways to have it. My son loves my bacon, egg and potato breakfast pizza. I was just in NYC last week and had pizza with ziti baked in it...was so awesome. You can take any type of food you like and turn it into a pizza....mexican, thai, indian, bbq, seafood.....pizza has got you covered
If he can do it, so can I!
1) Pizza. 2) Curry, on just about anything.
Have to break up the pizza once in a while. For variety. NEVER curry on pizza, you heretics.
@TxTom Oh right, I forgot. Here is 2000kcal of potato. This is actually just cronometer, it's free to use you just need to make an account. You can ignore my vitamin C, I have it much higher than the typical RDI
That's tough. Penne alla vodka or Spanish rice and beans
sweet potato
Oh man, so much to choose!! Oh no 🙈 One part of me wants to say Ramen or Pho or Sushi but the larger part of me will always choose a good 10oz bone in Prime Rib steak medium rare, with crunchy brussel sprouts and chopped bacon and rice pilaf. Maybe an add on salmon lol I’ll take a mocha mousse pie or key lime pie or a raspberry/mango sorbet. Man…. So hard to choose lol 😆
My forever meal would be ‘Bistec encebollado con arroz blanco, tostone, y ensalada’ , and a can of coke or beer on The side 😋😋😋 tostone missing in the pic, and wine glass absolutely not needed 😂
