Trust me, for every terrible, trollish, bullying, predatory, or flat out weirdly uncomfortable thing that you SEE a mod dealing with, or even report, the mods have dealt with dozens (likely hundreds) behind the scenes, and the TRULY disturbing ones only get talked about between the mods themselves to establish protocols for future issues.
I appreciate the mods, I know how full of “ick” their work is.
If a long time mod were to write a book about their experiences here I would definately buy that book. From it a lot of human nature could be learned.
Another one that I had a scheduled session with just told me that she had to deactivate. I'm going to step away for a week or so. All the drama here is starting to really stress me out.
Hey thanks all. I’m fine. A member got to me resulting in a panic attack, which unfortunately is not an uncommon thing for me, and I had to sign off to clear my head. Being mod stresses me out in a big way sometimes and I have shed quite a bit of tears going through reports and dealing with forum members that I know are trolling but others rush to the defense of. It just gets overwhelming sometimes. I’m sorry.

Is a debit card acceptable for the pro payment monthly or just credit card. Good credit is not easy to get and keep. Just look at the countries credit rating.
@ScroogeMcducky If this is a genuine question which i believe it is and if I'm reading this correctly which I may not be... super tired. The answer is yes. They do accept debit for fees.

Hugs 🤗, I am so sorry to hear about the discomfort, stress and panic attacks that you endure as a moderator. Just know that you and your work here is extremely valued and that it’s okay to step away when needed. I think an array of users have had to take a break from C.C. at some point to recollect their thoughts and feelings …….. so I can only imagine how much moderators witness and have to address daily that the average viewer cannot see, you all deserve a monthly get away from your work just to decompress.
