I've been watching Grace and Frankie. I know it's been out for a while, but it's such a healing and funny show. It really makes a statement about ageism and how it is really a mindset. Love, living, vitality, bliss, accomplishment and happiness is still available in your 70s and 80s; actually as long as you live.

Went to dinner with a friend and ended up watching the first episode of The Righteous Gemstones (since it was too sultry for a walk.) Pretty good, I was told I'm very expressive, and my reactions were more fun to watch than the show. 😂🤣
