    Sometimes I think about moving to Switzerland. I haven't looked into the culture or people, but one thing is for sure, their flag is a big plus!

    I did the most amazing poops today. And am now at an all day continued education for my social work licensure renewal, which is 7 free hrs so yay . Plus no work, free food , and I've seen several former colleagues who I haven't seen in a while. All in all , fun day so far...

    This evening my daughter and I are driving down to Ethnic Expo for dinner. Ethnic Expo is an annual, weekend festival that celebrates different cultures.

    It is held in a small town about 45 miles South of Indianapolis. The town blocks off several streets and food tents are set up by country. Those tents are staffed by people who migrated from (or their parents / grandparents migrated from) those counties. They prepare and sell food common from their country and attendees can “graze” from tent to tent enjoying authentic food from around the world while listening to live music from around the world.

    @Jova114 - we have been attending it every year for the past 12-15 years. My usual favorites are the foods from Poland and from the Philippines but I always try something new each year.

    So this 36 year old left me earlier this week ! Said she needed to work on some things (see clutch ) and she came back to me today. All is good now ! 😊❤️

    Not sure if this is what you're looking for but it's been five years since I could feel my back. I started electro dry needle therapy yesterday. My entire torso is as hard as a rock. I of course can't tell because I can't really feel anything from the chest down unless it's over a certain amount of pain. I almost cried as the wave of sensation rushed over my back. It felt like it was 9 miles away at first. And then I could actually feel. I have a long ways to go as we only did two groups in two hours. She couldn't get the needles in because my muscles are so hard. Lookin like nerve damage. So it gave me some hope for sure which has been highly lacking. Hope is amazing news ...eh for me. When I lost my son I was like I don't want to feel anything. I wish I never uttered those words. You have no idea the distance that I feel from any human. So hope is a exceptionally beautiful thing rn that should be honored. Sorry if this is too much

    My condolences on the loss of your son. As a father, myself, I don't know how--or if--I could deal with that.

    @bear I use a flotation device for mine. It’s like a circular pillow that goes around their necks. It’s far more comfy and more effective. We call it the flotation device of shame like the cone of shame from the movie UP. Anyway, trying to pass that along to as many people. It does help and they are on Amazon. Although, I don’t think they are listed as flotation devices.

    @stormydaycuddle thank you. I found out about them near the end of her tenure with it. I will definitely get one if she ever hast to wear one again, but I’m hoping she doesn’t.
