I’ve worked nights for years now. It is a rarity for me to be awake during the day. I wouldn’t think twice about cuddling at 2 or 3 in the AM but know that’s not the norm. First, shout out if you’re like me? Whoop! Other than that I just wonder what people think in general is too early or too late to even suggest? I realize this is a pastime and not a job for most, so work schedules often come into play, and weekends may be better for a late night, but honest too. Yes, you could cuddle at 5am on occasion but you don’t want to. Is 7-8 still to early? Is 11-12 at night too late? If you’re just cuddled up and talking would that put you right to sleep?

    I was asked just yesterday if I’d be up for a cuddle last night. Thing is the person messaged me at 2am in the morning. Truth be told, Im pretty spontaneous when it comes to timing so I don’t actually mind it but I declined for other reasons.

    As far as night owls there was a thread a bit about this a while ago. I think I am a night owl on the western hemisphere. But here I am responding to this at 8am in the morning so…. But yea. I’ve contemplated beginning a night time thread that only wakes up at night lol. This could potentially be it but then I’m responding so early in the morning so breaking my own rule atm.

    Night time though, works for me.

    I'm a total night owl and I'm spontaneous when I can be and I love late night cuddles 🤷🏼 If it's on short notice people just gotta be chill with things being a bit less put together 😂

    Night owl here!! 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ I'm totally down for the late cuddles and, if I'm available, will say yes to late night requests 🤗 (As long as a cuddle won't end later than 2am or so. Adulting doesn't stop the next day Ugh)

    It's almost 12:30 am where I'm at and I just finished some schoolwork and ready to do some chores too 😜 It's weird how different brains can be on such difficult circadian rhythms!

    @NickWk Likely a lot of girls may balk at midnight cuddles thinking it's really an attempted booty call, but if you explain your work shift, hopefully they will be understanding.

    I prefer to meet people for the first time in broad daylight for safety reasons, and since I do public cuddles, the middle of the night would pose a bit of a challenge, but were we to connect and be in the same area, my suggestion would be a booth snuggle at Village Inn or another quiet 24-hour location. 😊 Someone's work schedule certainly shouldn't keep them from getting cuddles.

    Erm absolutely a NO for me!!! Then again, I'm not a night owl.

    As someone who is put off by random cuddle request(I.E demand for cuddle without so much as a greeting or even introduction). Unless we've already met or have an established 'face to face' rapport I'd find a late night cuddle request inappropriate.. I'd doubt the platonic part tbh. Then again, I also really dislike when people I don't really know text / call me at certain hours.

    I think if you're trying to plan a few days in advance and you have had a conversation with the person about your availability and middle of the night preferences, it wouldn't seem weird. People get weird when it is presented as booking proposals for the middle of the night, repeatedly, or a late night cuddle for tonight because they just got home from the bar and are treating the site like a hookup site.

    So, yeah, strike up a conversation and see where it goes.
