What happens if a cuddle doesn’t pay for the service after you’ve booked them in?

I’m new to this. What happens if the person I’ve booked with doesn’t pay on the day? Presumably he agreed to paying in cash. Should this be a red flag? Or is it normal to pay in cash before the session starts. What happens is he doesn’t pay? Will I still have to pay the charge to Cuddlecomfort.com?

  • Collect cash before session begins. If he won’t pay, cancel session and leave, and then mark that session did not occur.

  • Always collect right before the session starts when you meet otherwise leave like @cuddllehugs01234 says. That way if they cross a boundary or make you super uncomfortable after you’ve voiced your objections you can leave and not stay just cause you didn’t collect.

  • I like to turn them upside down and empty their pockets. Just kidding lol. You should get paid prior to the session. Alot of people pay by cash so it's not a red flag. If he doesn't agree to pay you; you can cancel the session even after the time passed and say that the session didn't occur. They will not charge you. Good luck 😊

@Suzyq123456 so that explains why pros always have me stand on my head before we cuddle!

  • I will now only pay in cash and it’s always before we start. I’ve been ripped off before when paying ahead of time. That doesn’t happen to me anymore. :)

  • @Suzyq123456 lol Good for arms and chest. lol

  • @WarmCuddler95 are you saying that the client wants to pay in cash when the session begins or are you saying that he showed up and didn’t want to pay and said he would pay later?

If he showed up and wanted to have the session without paying and said he would pay later, he’s gotta go away.

If he wants to pay in cash when the sessions begins, that’s pretty normal. Even when I pay with an app, I almost always do it right as the session is about to begin.

If no session is had then you should cancel the booking stating what happened and you shouldn’t have to pay.

  • It’s a little trickier if you host, as I do. Sometimes it feels awkward to stand there, waiting for the payment or to have to ask for it before the cuddle session begins.
They are already in my home, I suppose if they didn’t want to pay, I would have to ask them to leave and pray that it didn’t become unsafe. I’ve thought that before they come up to my apartment I would ask for payment but I haven’t done it that way.
Fortunately, I’ve never been in that situation. It sounds awful. My Cuddlers have all been really respectful in that way, thank goodness!

    Just report

  • After you report the non-payment to CC, we all each go buy one of those jumbo packages of 36-count toilet paper rolls, and then meet in front of his house.

  • I personally have never been asked to pay before starting a session nor have i ever offered to, though I would if it were requested.

  • What would popeye do?

  • @CuddleHugs01234 Don't be a wise guy. Bada bing, bada boom.

  • After reading the comments I'm thinking it might be a good idea for my back to hold out until someone shakes me by the ankles until the coin falls out. Post cuddle traction, if you will, could be a thing.

  • Lol could be indeed

    I text before hand.
“Payment is due in the first 5 minutes so our session runs smoothly. We will also review platonic boundaries during this time. I’m looking forward to our session.”

  • If you’re hosting have a payment dish right where it’s visible with a cute sign that says “please place payment here prior to the start of our session”. That way they place it and you see it.

If they’re hosting make sure to communicate payment is due at time of session. Most people leave it on a counter or hand it over as soon as you walk through the door.

Some cuddlers fear being ripped off too so having the payment in a neutral area makes it more comfortable for all parties.

  • @Minestrone101 Lol! That could work...
    😄😄😄

Another "suggestion", maybe pimp slapping clients that don't wanna pay...Again just a "suggestion"???🤷‍♀️

Dear Cuddle Pros wearing 70s style wide brim hats, medallion rings on every finger and posing with pimp canes can be quite intimidating if you do it right.😜😄

  • I think it was about a year ago. Went to see a pro at her place for the first time and at the end of the 2-hour session I was struggling to find my money (just because in not very organized and have too many pockets) and she goes. "it ok, you can just Zelle me money later if you don't have any now." I was like what? seriously? you're kidding right? she was serious about it.

  • @Erin_Elle_ @Katota lol

I wouldnt mind the p slap. That's imp, not diddy. lol

  • Q. I had a pro send me an appointment request that I couldn’t accommodate so she asked me to cancel, which I did more than an hour in advance but she then tells me CC charges her whether the session happened or not since it wasn’t canceled on time… sorry long segway but the question is does that sound right, is she charged for an appointment that was never confirmed? And, is there a set time in advance a non-confirmed /confirmed appointment must be canceled to avoid any applicable charges?

  • @krj6767 She can mark that it did not occur, and she won’t be charged.
It is suggested that if the cancellation happens within 12 hours of the scheduled time, that the enthusiast cuddler pay half of the session due to loss of income. If she was wanting you to cancel it so close to the appointment, maybe she’s new or has a reason. You can ask her that. Maybe she’s not familiar, or maybe she wanted it to look like you canceled. A pro can go in and cancel and put the reason. If the session wasn’t agreed upon by both, then it’s not an official cancellation because both didn’t agree. An hour before the cuddle is very short notice.

  • @Sooson Did you pay her through Zelle? Went to an Atm and returned back to pay her in cash?😁
