I'm not sure why leaving their profile visible would open the site up for legal issues. It's not like there would be a message on it saying why they were banned. It would just say that account is banned.
I'm going to be honest. The inappropriate profiles thread that was up for awhile was fun. I wish it was still up, because the things people try to get away with is hilarious. I think for a long time that's what i came to see. I wish it was still there.
@BashfulLoner I betting that type of thread could be seen as a way to bring on scrutiny by outside agencies. The site often just removes the illegal/inappropriate (ala sanitizes) verbiage, photos, etc. and doesn't automatically ban the member.
I'm glad you didn't meet with them then. Sadly my 1st ever session resulted in the guy assaulting me 10 minutes in. he was banned before I could report the day it happened. He had already booked a prior session and likely did the same but better to be safe than result in a traumatizing situation. My body is still recovering. I'm doing ok as I can. Be safe. Listen to your gut. Vet them thoroughly. If they are cruel like this then red flag...I wouldn't book. Genuine ppl who actually want to cuddle will be respectful.

@LotusSmile I'm so sorry that happened! I hate that. It honestly makes me angry that they just let anyone on here. I know there are issues involved, but something could be done.
@embrace_love I have been with a few pros and things I've noticed they use that can keep them safer.
They do not give a number for contact until the day of the meeting. That way you still have to communicate on the website. Have them pay for the session in advance to get your phone number so it's real. Or at least 50%. That way they were just not fishing for a phone number to harass you. Also, you could probably use a texting app as another safety barrier for yourself.
I used to not like paying in advance because I've also been scammed in the past in other ways not from this site and I've heard horror stories from this site. Horror stories on both sides.
@billam - They don't "just let anyone on here". Predators are quickly banned.
@Mike403 anyone can join is what I mean. They do just let anyone on here. They don't let everyone stay.
They don't verify anything. No vetting of any kind. Like I said, I know there would be issues doing that. I just wish they could. I hate hearing that someone here is still trying to heal their body after an assault. That's just terrible.
