Hug emergency!

Where's one when you truly need it? šŸ„ŗ
I'm quietly home alone on a normal Tuesday.
Just got a message from my sister that our niece passed away... She's been sick with mainly liver failure and anyway...too sick for a transplant, less than 30 years old.

Where's a hug when you truly need it. šŸ¤—
My gut is so scared for her mom, another sister. She's been unstable for years and if she ends her life after losing her daughter, I wouldn't be even a little surprised. Our dad is so so elderly lately...oh my heart is just so heavy. Plus everyone is down south and so, no family to go at least have a coffee with here.

I truly need a hug.
Any ideas for hug emergencies?!? šŸ«‚
I tried the cat...her hugs are very special but they're just cat hugs and I get them daily.

    Sending you all of my love. I wish I was still in Oil City, PA. I'd drive down in a heartbeat. I moved back to CO about a year ago to be closer to my people. Know that you are so very loved here in this community and elsewhere. I hope the hug from your daughter fills every cell in your body.

    I'm so so sorry... sending you the biggest quantum hug I can muster!

    Since you asked for ideas, maybe try and see if some part of you can actually feel something of what we are sending you. Maybe you already are doing that.

    Sometimes I actually hug a tree. Or lay down on the ground. I know it's not a person and maybe it sounds hokey but mother earth and a Mary Oliver poem can help me at times.
