I can hardly believe that this even happens, let alone happens more than we realize. I can't see what other motive that anyone would have in such behavior besides ruining opportunity for genuine humans.

I am not comparing the 2. If i check my spam folder i am willing to bet there are u solicited emails of nude women. I hadn't looked i. Years but it was a daily occurrence. How did know those are probably not women that sent it, but they apparently thinks it works on men too. There has to be statistics that say this works for some people and some receive it well. Maybe it's a kink for some. I don't believe I've received anything like that here but i have randomly gotten women's pics in text emails and dms. I am a visual person and sometimes enjoy seeing some but i solicited is never right. I wouldn't send a pic like that if i was asked, and if i was asked id know that lady is a lady id not like to deal with.

@BashfulLoner Regarding the spam e-mail, I would strongly guess that those are arranged by the advertising teams and management of girls in the porn industry.
Even in places like Instagram, unless it's a very small account, you're very unlikely to DM with who the account represents. They hire personal assistants and social media managers for that. (Or the other way around - the influencers, models, cam girls, and actresses are hired by a company and molded into the online persona.)
I don't feel the thread is kink-shaming; @dennis22554 posted an honest question and people have been taking a stab at the reason, which have been quite varied and interesting.
No one is saying, "Those specific guys must have a digital exhibitionist fetish - disgusting!"
@BashfulLoner no, because the #1 rule with kink is always, always prioritize consent.
Shaming non-consentual acts of sexual harassment is no more kink shaming than pointing out the difference between ethical and unethical non-monogamy primarily revolving around consent as well. People who are active in the kink community generally become far more educated on healthy consent and boundaries than the general public - if they don't, they end up getting pushed out of that community as well and will have an incredibly hard time finding partners.
Kink shaming would be saying voyeurism or exhibitionism is bad, but instead here the problem is that sending these pics unsolicited is an act of violating consent. All these (mostly) men would have to do is ask and receive permission to send the pics first to not be creeps - but they are explicitly avoiding having to get consent by using the anonymity of the internet. They're a hazard even in the kink community and in more sex-focused platforms. They get a thrill specifically from violating women's boundaries, or else after the first time (or first few times, if they're more oblivious) they get such a negative reaction they would stop and try something else.

Yes, many women do also enjoy nude photos and are more visual than the stereotype - but I'd hazard a guess that the number of women who enjoy receiving said pictures unsolicited is approaching zero. This issue isn't a product of people having kinks, but rather of people being raised from childhood to believe that non-consensual sexual harassment is okay, because they see others doing it all the time at every level of social interaction.
So my point about the spam is just demonstrating that there is evidence it works, I'd think. I think spammers and marketers have been doing this for decades and haven't stopped the practice. So i am assuming that it works in maybe small subsections but it has got to pay off or I'd assume they would stop. Even as we discuss this in this thread hundreds young ladies are getting unsolicited six pics and maybe 2 of them are saving the pic and replying. Be fore i hit send i went to an old spam folder to check and i had 7 emails i suspect are nude women wanting a long term relationship with a good man if i just message her on one of those off messaging sites.

The thing about spam is it's extremely cheap to send (they're usually using other people's computers to send it). So a minuscule response rate can still be profitable. So if they send a million emails and only get a dozen people to give them money, it's profitable enough to keep doing it.
actually bashful It was---i had a friend (top of page) who had such bad experiences---she temp delete her account to escape---individuals who send such crap are sickos---and my question was essentially---who is stupid enough to beleive that women enjoy receiving unsolicited xxx crap
