@Auroradream I love this! I have only been a professional cuddler since March of this year. I have already met some really amazing people! I'm all about connections and had been thinking of traveling to the meet n greet(I'm in MA) in hopes of making more of those and sharing in what I think will be a unique experience. It's nice to know that you found it to be so welcoming as a newbie! Your post really resonates... I have recently decided that I really need to expand my friendship circle and find "my tribe". Making friends as an adult has proven to be a lot more difficult than I previously thought it would be... 😵💫

@SeekerInVA @OberonWake @pearliegirlie Great news for yall; if there is an interest in doing a meet and greet local, it can start with you while I am a mod, most of my time here has been as an enthusiast. Some of my closest connections here started at the Meet and Greet up in NYC last April, and I highly recommend attending a Meet and Greet if you are able.

I’m sure you aren’t the only NYC person who’d make a day trip to meet your cuddling neighbors to the southwest. Maybe a carpool opportunity? Harrisburg is also accessible by public transit.
When the Meet and Greet was in NYC, I took the train from Harrisburg to Philly. I met up with a cuddle pal (from Baltimore) there. We reserved the upstairs front seats on the Bolt bus, so we could cuddle during the trip!
Anyone thinking of making the trip who wants any other information about the area, feel free to message me. And FYI: Harrisburg international airport (MDT) is just 8 miles away.

I tried looking at Amtrak, from Pittfield MA to Harrisburg PA, but it pretty much just told me "You can't get there from here".
This is such a great idea. I hope they do something like this near Toronto. I hope everyone had a great time, and makes new friends, and shares some laughs.
@IronLemon I know that there's a connection between Harrisburg and Philadelphia and one from Philadelphia to Providence, RI and possibly further north in eastern New England.
This may be disrupted, though, by track work between Lancaster, PA and Harrisburg. If I'm not mistaken, they are running a bus between those points.
I've done some looking. It would probably involve two transfers on trains that run once a day. Or, it's about a 5 hour drive, so that's most likely what I'll do.
@IronLemon I'm still searching but I checked out The Peter Pan Bus line and they have a couple of locations in and around Greater Boston including one specifically in Pittsfield...with buses going to Philadelphia, but that's the closest you'll get to Harrisburg..about another hour and 1/2 drive which might not be too expensive to get a ride share.I haven't checked out Greyhound yet.
