Younger cuddlers

I have the worst experiences w/ cuddlers under 30 . They are not respectful even when messaging and are almost always looking for " extra services " gets draining

  • This is almost common knowledge.
Frontal lobe of the brain - impulse control & decision making - isn’t fully developed, especially in men, until about age 30.

  • Screening any potential cuddler and paying close attention to their cues is vital.

I've had a man in his 60's asking me to describe masturbation, a man in his 40's asking if he could kiss me at a group cuddle...age does not automatically bring respect for boundaries, or platonic intentions.

I've had beautiful, 100% pure-hearted cuddles with 18 and 20 year olds, so peaceful and full of trust and tenderness. Youth does not automatically mean immaturity, disrespect, or sexual intentions.

Every cuddler should be screened individually, and given the green or red light based off of their specific behavior.

Blanket assumptions about any age bracket being safer is a dangerous mistake, just as assuming another bracket being unsafe could make you miss out on some wonderful experiences. 🪻

Be careful with everyone. But give everyone the same chance. What they do with it is up to them.

  • I agree with @SunsetSnuggles comment.
Someone's age does not automatically make them immature vs respectful and safe vs dangerous... Everyone should be screened individually and go from there.

  • People can be arseholes at any age, but the risk is highest in the 18-28 area.

It's not a sex-based issue - women are just as bad as men. On this site some things can appear to be sex related because of the underlying demographics. For example, virtually all clients are men.

  • In my life, 18-28 year olds haven't been the biggest arseholes at all. That honor has gone to parents at work who are willing to step all over others to keep the cash coming for their families.

  • It is difficult to find someone under 29 or 30 that is not flaky, even if they are safe and respect boundaries @tightHolds10. There are other people that feel the same.

  • While I agree with @SunsetSnuggles as regards over-generalizing, stereotyping/generalizing can still be helpful to take note of, especially when you are dealing with a client with little to no karma. During my coaching sessions with new cuddle pros, I nearly always suggest scheduling with over 30's, and especially focus on cultivating a practice to develop regulars who are over 40. There can be the exceptions, of course, but especially if you are trying to navigate through many messages and potential clients, older men are often more respectful, appreciative, and considerate......as well as in a position to be generous.

It's not a simple formula, by any means.....younger men = higher testosterone and uncontrollable sexual drive, but the many factors contribute to the often more reliable and safer sessions. Older men, especially the ones who are touch-deprived, not on Tinder, divorced/widowed, etc., are looking for affectionate connection, and are less likely to push boundaries. This is especially true for the youngest of our cuddle pros, who will be more the age of the client's daughter than sexual partners.

My generalizing is coming from nearly 3 years on the site, talking specifically with dozens of pros I have cuddled with, and coaching nearly 10 new pros over the last 2 years. I know it is a small sample, and many of you will be able to point out the exceptions you have encountered, but this anecdotal sample does include a couple hundred CC clients. And I also agree with @CuddleDuncan, this age stereotyping applies to the women pro cuddlers too. My least interesting and reliable sessions have been with women in their 20's, so I tend to schedule with pros over 30....BUT I do not narrow my searches to exclude younger ones, as I love to find the amazing rare exceptions too :)

  • @beaubliss I agree. No point in pretending not to notice everything that can help make an informed choice. This is a cuddle site, not a therapy session or a make everybody feel good event.

  • One of my best clients is 26, and I have been seeing him since he was 22; there are good, respectful clients in their 20s.

  • Glad to hear that many have had great experiences with very young cuddlers. But just remember….
That is only Your Own Experience and doesn’t apply to everyone.
I love walking barefoot over hot coals but I bet some of you wouldn’t feel comfortable with that.

  • Sad to hear the stigma that comes with being a younger cuddler :(

  • No stigma, @handfullofdust! Just celebrate that you're different from the stereotype! Stereotypes arise for a reason; however, they certainly do not define all in that group :)
