Karma reviews without cuddle session?

I was wondering if it looks down on to leave reviews for if the other person just stopped messaging you, still being active tho, without knowing why? on one hand I want to somehow warn others that this pperson might take up too much of your social battery and just not say anything, and on the other I don't know their life and why they did this.

Not knowing why is just eating up my mind and they haven't answered me when I asked what was up.

Are you asking if you should leave bad karma for someone not responding to you?

  • No, you aren't allowed to do that. You may only leave karma (good or bad) for those you've cuddled, or for someone who didn't show up to a scheduled meeting.

Don't get deterred by ghosting or someone who just stops communicating with you. It's more of a norm on this site rather than the exception.

Just practice patience, don't rush things, be polite, and you'll start making genuine connections soon.

  • Unless it was CLEARLY malicious and manipulative, you should just move on with your life.

That’s a tough one. I know I’ve fallen off of cuddle a few times and the people I talked to wondered where I went. I posted on my profile I would be gone. It may seem a bit inconsiderate to not explain why they stopped messaging if you can see they are still active. Like you said, you never know what is going on in their lives. Something might have happened. I’m so sorry you have to deal with that. Investing into someone is a lot of work. I feel it helps if you go into it with no expectations. I’m just happy to be making conversation and possibly a new friend. I would worry if they fell off the map but I would try to give them the benefit of the doubt. They may have something going on. It’s not easy to keep up with cuddle. It takes a lot of dedication to keep up with people and it doesn’t take much of life circumstances to disrupt someone’s concentration sometimes.

  • I agree with moving on with your life----you have no idea why the person stopped responding and it could be for personal reasons, medical emergency, personal/family crises, or a whole host of other reasons==information that the PRO may not want to release to the general public

  • The rules say : You are only permitted to leave Karma if you have both met in person. The one exception to this rule is if the member was a 'no show'. So, I guess that answers that.

  • ^ don't mess with her, she's got an eye for details.

@dennis22554 nails it. She could have had any number of things happen in her offline life that you couldn't know anything about. Don't assume her lack of response has something to do with you.

  • tough time in CuddleTown.....time to move on ! do not take it personality, could very well have nothing to do with you.

  • @Trollsameden this happens a lot, you'll get used to it.

Previous threads on this topic have revealed that you can't even begin to imagine all the reasons somebody might so this. Almost none of them are anything to do with you.

Did you find it on the site written exactly as you stated?

You are only permitted to leave Karma if you have both met in person. The one exception to this rule is if the member was a 'no show'.

I found it but it’s written slightly differently. This is what I found.

Please only write about your experience if you have met the member in person or if they were a no-show.

If you were allowed to leave karma for people just because they didn't return your message, you would end up spending entire days doing that.

  • Does any person owe you a response or an explanation? While i understand the frustration of not knowing, but the fact people don't owe it and cannot be expected to respond or explain anything.

Leaving karma like that seems entitled and would in my mind appear to be a negative commentary about yourself.

  • @Morpheus yes, I found it written just like that under frequently asked questions: How do I give someone karma?

  • @Hoodiesnuggles thanks for clarifying. I do see it now it the FAQ section.

  • Thanks for all your answers and help :) Hope you have a great and cosy week ^^

  • I agree with @dennis22554 and @BashfulLoner.

There are so many friends, acquaintances, and sweet people who I've got messages sitting unread in my inbox from, right now. 💌 But it's extremely overwhelming. I care about them, and I don't want anyone to think I've ghosted them or don't want to be their friend, or am avoiding them. But life is too crazy right now for me to face my inbox. It's literally 125 messages deep, right now. 🫣

Yes, I'm still active. This site is my homepage, so I will always show as recently online, and the message board is something I can touch on in brief moments between other responsibilities, and save a draft, if needed. There is no Draft feature, in our messages.

I have a note at the top of my profile, and an image in my photos, to explain that I'm behind. Many never notice those, many understand, many likely take personal offense.

We can't control other people, and we can't know what each other is going through. Best to have grace and patience for all, and remember their lives revolve around far more than this site or any one person in their inbox.

We all have families, jobs to go to, kids to chauffeur, pets to exercise, family illnesses, car problems, mental health struggles, vacations to enjoy, yards to take care of, houses to vacuum, groceries to buy. Sometimes, a number on the screen is the thing that has to wait indefinitely. It doesn't mean we don't care; simply that we are balancing and prioritizing life as best we can. ⚖️

  • It doesnt feel good to be ghosted pr ignored by someone you like or are interested in.. try not to take it personal, if shes a professional that cuddles full time, or get booked and busy, she might not have time for all the small talks.. Her inbox could be busy, and she replying to actual bookings and clients setting up appts.. i can honestly say as a professional, you can get a lot of small talk and ppl trying to have a conversation, but the messages that take priority are the ones with bookings or clients inquiring about details for cuddle sessions.
