As a pro, I’m not allowed to share my contact info until there’s a booking. I just want to confirm that this rule applies to all parties involved, not just pros. For example, if someone requesting a cuddle sends me their number, should I report it?
No, if that is their only sin. Just remind them that it is not permitted. It could be a bad actor trying to get you off the site messaging system, but it could just be over-enthusiasm from a genuine client, especially if they are relatively new but not brand new. If they follow up and try to persuade you to contact them off the site, then yes you should consider Reporting. A genuine client will just apologise.
The rule does not apply to enthusiasts, since they don't have 'bookings'. But it does apply to both professionals and clients.
I just let them know we cannot communicate offsite until after we book through the booking panel. I will not text or call the number they gave me until a booking is made. If they give me their number AND say something inappropriate, I will report them.
They will then cancel the booking and now have your phone number
Which is why some professionals have work-only phone numbers.
