But yes, it is a shame that the vast majority of women who come here go Pro.
Women do it because they can; men don't because they can't.
Men lose money as a Pro here, because they have to pay the site monthly. Women don't pay monthly, they give a percentage of their earnings. Sexist? Absolutely. Money maker? Absolutely. Fair? Absolutely not. Logical? Sadly, absolutely.

I was a pro on here. Trust me we would not lose money on this site as a pro cuddler. 🤣 The pay structure is different for men than women. Think of the women as getting paid like NBA players, but men pros get paid like WNBA players. It is actually a much BETTER deal to be a man on here and be a pro than a woman. The only deficit is most women won't pay to cuddle like most people won't watch a WNBA game so that is the biggest hurdle that I see.

As a pro, I come here for the clients who look to pay for the service of cuddling with someone they choose based off appearance, without being considered shallow... most women dont pay for cuddles they dont have to... everyone needs affection.. affection omes easy to women... affection can be hard for a man to get.. even at home in a relationship... or being married for years.. so they rather pay for it.. especially if theu can afford it... loke some ppl can afford weekly massages that cost the same a s a cuddle...
If there were no pros, there would be no site. Even before pros, there were way more men than women here. While NOT a dating site, the gender imbalance is the same. I can remember dating sites where men had to pay to join and women did not.
There's really no point in complaining about the existence of pros. Just don't hire one. Maybe you will get lucky and find an enthusiast in your area, maybe you won't.
A lot of women esp younger women are low on funds, and CC is a place where women are high in demand so it is what it is

If you don't want to see a pro, use the filter, as suggested. Complaining about pros in the forum may make you less likely to find enthusiasts willing to cuddle you. In other words, you are writing your own karma here.

If you were totally unmotivated by money, you would have no hesitation to pay people who are offering services for hire.
My advice as a moderator is to refrain from bashing a high percentage of the membership of a site you joined a week ago.
If you could be paid to do something you already enjoyed doing, wouldn't you go for that? As a writer, I can tell you writing is a lot more fun when you're being paid to do it.
I love cuddling which is one of the reasons i became a professional cuddler. The harsh reality is that it is far easier for women to get their touch needs met than men. I can call a friend any day of the week and say I need cuddles and get that need met. I am truly grateful that is the case for myself. In talking to friends and clients alike i have heard stories of how hard that is for men. the chances of two men cuddling platonically even the best of friends is far harder to come by. People pay for this service because it is so needed and I am happy to be able to provide that for people. My time is very valuable I am busy all the time. If a close friend asked me to make time for them I will because it is important to me to be there for my people but if i'm taking time from my other responsibilities for someone I just met online money makes it possible for me to do so.

Ironically I have noticed that most pros who charge $200 and up, don’t have karma and they also generally have a very simple 1-3 sentence profile. They also don’t last very long. They are either banned or realize that people don’t want to pay their inflated prices.

@CuddleBuddy206 Your explanation of your rate makes perfect sense, And is the same for many pros here on the site. But there will still be people who complain, they don’t understand the logic. But they’re fine with how they are paid for their own time at their own job.
When I see a $200 rate, I always read their profile assuming it’s a 2 hour minimum at $100 an hour but I have never once seen it that way. I am fine with $200 for 2 hours but $200 for one hour is ridiculous. Yes I can afford $200 but paying $200 for an hour of cuddling is just bad economics.
It's a matter of taste and disposable income. If you have sufficient extra money, you're not going to think twice about a rate over $100/hr.

Why is it bad economics if it's an experience you feel is worth that? It's an individual decision. Your decision is $200 an hour is too much, and I understand that. For someone else, $200 is nothing.
@WriterGF wealthy people rarely spend money "without thinking it about twice." People who do that are generally spending someone else's money, not their own. I know many multimillionaires who shop at Goodwill and buy used cars. If they're hiring a person for any job, they'll make sure they compare and get the most bang for their buck. This is a luxury expense much like a massage, price does matter, along with quality.
