Frozen and other internet rumors

edited November 2024 in General

Someone recently mentioned that the movie “Frozen” was named to overshadow the rumor of Walt Disney being cryogenically frozen. This way, if you search for Walt Disney Frozen, you find the movie instead of the cryogenic story.

Without searching, is this rumor true? (see poll)

Please add your favorite rumor with poll too. 🤗

  • Disney tried doing a modern spin on fairytales with movies Tangled and Frozen. Both using a single adverb in the title.

It would make no sense if they wanted to get us to forget the myth about Walt getting cryogenically frozen so they named a movie Frozen. It would only backfire on them. Also, why would they care?

That urban legend sounds dead on arrival. (Too soon?)

  • Do the Disney executives not realize that most people know how to conduct research and use internet search engines?

  • "Without searching" , well searching wont help in this case because we've been outsmarted by Disney executives.

  • I just put Walt Disney Frozen into google and the first result was, Was Walt Disney frozen after death?
