Spotting time wasters

On average how long does it take you to figure out someone is a "time waster".
if you're wondering what that is, its someone who never had any real intention of cuddling with anyone from here. They just find it amusing, or wanted someone to randomly chat with.
Sometimes it can take a while before they admit it, but it usually slips out at some point.
Anyways...here's to the time wasters. Maybe you all will actually give cuddling a try sometime.

Honestly, it feels like way too many are here. I take long stretches where I seldom log on because of the lack of quality clients here. This past week I’ve been making more of an effort on cuddle comfort and still haven’t gotten a solid booking yet. I spell everything out on my profile and still get asked a ton of questions that are already answered in my profile. I get to a certain point I just start copying and pasting the relevant sections of my profile to answer their questions. But everyone has a different struggle. If you are a man looking for an enthusiast woman, it is very difficult. If you are a professional trying to find decent clients it can also be very difficult. If you are looking to hire a cuddle therapist, just make sure that their profile looks professional, and they look active, usually they will be responsive. If you are a female enthusiast, you should have a very easy time finding interest. You just have to know how to weed through everybody that wants to meet up with you.

I don't engage with pros except for the few I am already friends with precisely because I don't have the extra money to hire them right now. I figure they are busy and don't need window shoppers.

  • "Time-wasters" are a disparate group. A lot are just idiots. Some are vulnerable people struggling to make their way in the world. Some are genuine time-wasters, by which I mean that wasting others' time is their hobby: they do it deliberately because they get a kick out of it.

  • I can usually tell fairly quickly on when they want to have regular convo and make no efforts to schedule, as well as any time I try to approach it they have to "look at the schedule" but never mention it again.

It's really quite frustrating. While I am willing to chat with people to get to know them, I also have to spend my time focused on doing things that make me money. On here as well as other platforms and even people I meet randomly, I offer what I call a "GF Package."
It is still strictly platonic. But it offers me payment, while it offers them regular chatty connection. It's a monthly payment package. Otherwise, if we haven't cuddled (as far as this site goes) I will politely but firmly tell them that I need to focus my attention on people who wish to cuddle. Or they can pay for that monthly package. I already have many friends that I have made genuine, organic connections with. And some of those friends actually do opt in for the package because it guarantees them regular contact. They don't have to, but they chose to because they know my situations and how limited my time is. If an actual friend is willing to request it, then I have no problem deny potential cuddle time wasters.

  • A nominal subscription fee for everyone would reduce some, but not all, time wasting.

Not necessarily advocating for it, just recognizing it may help.

  • Time wasters sounds like a term that would be prevalent with pros. I think folks that are just reaching out to meet and cuddle wouldn't feel their time is being wasted getting acquainted. I'm curious how big of an issue this is for enthusiasts. If someone is chatting to hire pros are the pros wasting time? I mean why would they? This has me puzzled to be honest.

  • Me thinks this thread is for a specific type of person in the site. The little I've read in this thread makes me uncomfortable and sounds like an entirely different type of site.

  • My impression is that Pros are more often having their time wasted by potential clients/enthusiasts, usually dudes, who get extremely chatty, but never commit to an actual session.

Time wasting by Pros seems due more to an unwillingness to directly communicate disinterest in a particular client/enthusiast.

  • @TxTom i agree, this why i think it something pros probably discuss in their circles. I'm not sure why and enthusiasts or paying fellow would be discussing it.

Also being discussed as high quality or low quality client definitely feels wrong.

Also the term is frequently used in circles not becoming of this site.

I don't really see why this would be a topic that couldn't be discussed here. If it is something enthusiasts are doing, shouldn't enthusiasts be chiming in on why?

It reminds me a little of when my mom was selling her house. It used to drive her crazy when people would come take the tour and it was obvious they weren't looking to buy, they just wanted to see the place. Some folks just want to chat up pros for the attention, but have no intention of ever booking, and since the pro is on here to book and make money, that can be a waste of their time.

  • @WriterGF i guess it can be, but i got the wrong vibe soon after i started reading.

    @ReltvlyCanshes

Also being discussed as high quality or low quality client definitely feels wrong.

Since I believe you are referencing my comment, let me clarify what I mean by quality clients. I mean people who are looking for a legitimate cuddle therapy experience and not looking to hire a sex worker, waste time, push boundaries etc. People who treat you with respect, follow the booking processes and are safe to work with.

For many of the Pros here, this is a full time job as a Caregiver. The money they earn cuddling is how they pay their bills. Some might earn $300-400 per week at best.
I am only guessing that for many Pros, it’s not a living wage, so they have to have other jobs also.
Endless corresponding to 10-20 (or more!) different strangers on the internet is time consuming & exhausting.

    I have wondered…
To the men here who have jobs, do you have to spend your time earning $$? If it’s commission sales, maybe you do. If several hours out of your day are spent messaging potential clients instead of working at a job or earning income, you could consider it time wasting.
ETA: I’m totally speculating but some people who are active here might be working from home or able to chat during their work hours and are being paid while they are messaging or even contributing to the forum.

  • Asking for multiple pictures
And just popping in to say how are you every few weeks ( and never book)
And believe me I know you won't

  • @xandriarain i totally understand why it is a waste of your time sifting through. But you do understand how it can make others feel being called low quality. Thats tbh i think it doesn't feel like a well placed thread

  • @Janelle19
Asking for more pictures when they haven’t shown any!

  • @ReltvlyCanshes I never said anyone was low quality as a person but not everyone on this site is a good fit for cuddle therapy. If someone is pushing boundaries, being disrespectful, and not following the rules I don’t think it is the worst thing to say they are not a quality client. I don’t know you personally and I am not calling you or anyone in particular low quality.

  • I'm not accusing you of anything, i dint think you were referring to me i was speaking about the statement. I'm only sharing my thoughts of it. @xandriarain

Sometimes there is just no way of knowing if you are being considered as a time waster, because some people like to chat and keep in touch while others see it as a nuisance. For example, I have made some lovely and close friends on this site and they all started with just a casual hello. Some messaged me first while others I initiated contact. I do try to not monopolize time and am mindful that some people really aren't here to make friends, but I would like to think that the connections I make here are genuine and they aren't just tolerating me out of politeness

  • A pro says too many prospective clients here want to waste her time, disregard her boundaries and solicit her to exchange sex for money, and you take issue with her calling those people “low quality” clients?

    WT&!

I guess canshesness really is reltv.

  • I take issue with anyone speaking of "people" in terms of that manner. Call me crazy but i think people are just that people. I mean if we had the conversation of low quality and high quality pros how would that go over? I mean i should be able to express myself and how i think of something with out you taking it personal @MonkeyNeedsAHug. Just like i didn't take it personal what she said. Relax

  • If a landscaper ruins your lawn, it’s ok to call him a low quality landscaper. You’re not diminishing his value as a person.

  • @MonkeyNeedsAHug 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I guess anyone can use whatever words that work to describe how they feel?

  • You got it. Are you wishing to have a discussion? Because I've already made my comments, you can refer back to what I've said.

I think it’s ludicrous to call out Xandria as you did. She’s perfectly justified in referring to the clients she described as lacking in quality. People aren’t all “just” people. Saying so implies there is no distinction to be made between people who respect boundaries and people who don’t. It’s a weirdly shocking flex for you to try to defend boundary pushers like that.

  • [Deleted User]CharlesGrove (deleted user)

If you can’t close, it is either you cannot overcome the objections, or you are valuing your service/product too highly, or you have failed to qualify your customer.

But sorting customers, from potential customers and the merely bored is part of the profession of sales.

Complaining about the nature of the work is… the sign of an amateur.

Look up “qualifying the buyer”. It should help you.

I didn't call her out at all, i commented on what i read and how i felt about it. I then responded to her and explained again why i thought that the entire thread was misplaced. Which you should have read what my issue was. If you again need to discuss this further @MonkeyNeedsAHug i will refer you to the comments i made earlier. And if you need clarification again feel free to ask.

I also think it's in poor taste to accuse me of defending boundary pushers when my comment only referred to my feelings of what was being discussed.

Talk to anyone in sales or marketing and you will hear the terms high-quality and low-quality used to describe potential customers who might be inclined to buy or might not. A good salesperson learns not to waste time on a low-quality lead. It's not about their qualities as a human being, but their quality as a lead - it's strictly about whether they are likely to purchase your goods or service.

  • I mean @xandriarain is complaining about the “low quality” of clients on a forum. This ain’t very “professional”. And reading your profile, you have to have a consultation call, 50% deposit paid, and 2 hour minimum. And not taking any “MAGA” cult clients. Seems pretty discriminatory, but just be prepared for some blowback. Your clients pool after all these requirements maybe smaller than your liking
