This is NOT a cuddle party/workshop. This is a meet and greet. In general, cuddling is not permitted at a meet and greet for the same reason that bomb disposal or poison-tasting is not permitted - it's too dangerous.
A meet and greet is a purely social event, and organising one is relatively easy. A cuddle workshop/party is not a social event, and under no circumstances should you organise one unless you know what you are doing i.e have completed formal cuddle training. There are a number of serious risks that must be managed.
Cuddle workshops/parties may not be organised on the forum, that's against forum rules. Meet and greets are allowed providing they meet the criteria, which I think include the event being free. There have a been a number of successful meet and and greets organised in this way and there is considerble expertise on the forum in how to go about it. If you are contemplating such a thing, I would suggest contacting the people who have organised one and ask for advice.
