In my opinion, when we do call out threads for people and how they are feeling the intention is good and I think it does do some good to just say “what ____ really pisses you off” and following it up with “what _____really makes you feel love”. It passes very basic information about you to people who can digest this information to get a better understanding of you. But the information is so basic you are really just getting their strong opinion of the extremes.
I would like to hear from people who just feel very chill at the moment by just being in the moment—momentary serenity. Is it an activity? Physical touch? Are you just sitting with yourself over a cup of acceptance in your mental crib? What is it that is it that birthed this moment of serenity? Use this thread to journal your chillness in this moment so someone may learn from you.
I am always interested in finding how others locate and grow their momentary serenity because one single method is simply not enough. My brain, as I am sure everyone else’s does as well, becomes bored and craves something new and unexpected to reignite the feeling of a smile and just being.
There are no right or wrong answers, only what works for you today. I will pick and choose which new strategies or ideas to try for myself. I hope you find some too.
