@g_w_t_w Honestly I'm not sure im getting it either. I was kinda responding to your comments regarding @periscope trying to get us to guess who they are

  • lol @Sooson
Thought that was some secret thing I was supposed to understand but didn’t because you guys are all usually way ahead of me.
now I have a headache and periscope is gone again, just came here to create drama, he’ll be back.

Nuts. You guys are all nuts and all hail King Periscope for being the nuttiest of all! 👑
    🤣🤣🤣

  • Not sure if this is the correct thread to post in or not on this:
I’ve seen clients greyed out, and my understanding means that they’re on a pause. However, when I click on their profile, sometimes it says “Member is banned” in the yellow box, along with saying “Timed Out” in grey next to their name. Is this a computer glitch or is one more correct than the other?

Trying to figure out if I should delete the person/people from my inbox. Nothing untoward was ever said to me from them, but I know that doesn’t mean they didn’t do something to someone else.

  • @CuddlesComfort8 I've wondered the same thing. I finally figured out "paused" meant they were being investigated for something, but I didn't understand the Timeout part. When I reached out to admin I didn't get an answer on that question.

@SquishyJackie Paused usually means that there is some issue with payment methods or something and the account is temporarily on hold until it's straightened out.

Timeout generally refers to someone who has broken forum rules and is suspended from posting for an amount of time set by the mods.

  • Paused:

    • If they are a pro, it most likely means there was an issue with their bank card that is used for site fees. They can correct the issue (new card number and bring current the owed site fee balance) and restore their account instantly. There are other reasons a pro can be paused but this is the most common one.
    • Enthusiast - their account is most likely suspended for pro upgrade. Especially common if their account is new. They may return as an enthusiast after answering some questions, or they may continue down the path of becoming a professional.

Paused could also be a suspension for identity check, which they can provide the requested verification issue - it is reviewed and the account is restored - typically within 24 hours of submitting the info.

    Timeout:
This is usually due to repeated rule violations and ignoring account warnings - timeouts vary in length but are usually 3, 7, 14, or 30 days.

  • I am curious why @whereiscomfort was banned. I had one session planned, I am getting texts from them, they wanted to reschedule. We moved to communication through phone texts and had 2 sessions for this week. I noticed the ban and want to cancel until they are unbanned. Is that harsh?

  • @Sarahi why that person was banned is personal and you should probably be asking the mods about that privately. As far as being unbanned, I don’t think that happens very often. If I were you, I probably wouldn’t see him. He was banned for a reason.

  • @Sarahi no, I don't think that's harsh at all. It's good that you would rather have your cuddle with someone confirmed on the site. I understand being curious, sometimes you'll never know. And that's ok. I'm sure you'll find another quality cuddle in your area

  • @Sarahi we don’t usually share but if you look at his karma it’s fairly easy to figure out.

  • Ah yes but once someone has been banned you can not look at their karma to see what may have happened. @stormydaycuddle I think you mods can see something we can't. I know I wouldn't want to meet with someone who had been banned though... I'm not sure why anyone would want to.
