@munkg Just don't hit me with the tiger balm (good to see you old friend )
@PeopleLikeUs, I completely agree with you on this. Sadly my experience is that when men catch feelings, they rather throw away the whole friendship instead of setting and sticking to boundaries.
Very interesting topic! It's so easy to get caught up in it all since you're sharing an intimate moment with someone. Not going to lie, I've had to remind myself after a particular session that this is a client and not someone I met on a dating site. So even though the moment is special and it feels that there's some chemistry..at the same time I have to think it wasn't real but just the feelings at that moment. @WestsideMarc great rhyme ๐ค
@friendlyj311 Thanks much. Thatโs honestly how I feel after 92.375 of my cuddles.
@Krisha I hear you. Itโs frustrating when feelings lead to an all-or-nothing reaction instead of an opportunity to navigate and strengthen a friendship. And while Iโve seen this happen with men, I donโt think itโs just a โmenโ thing. Itโs more about how most of us arenโt taught how to navigate relationship expectations. That makes it difficult to manage emotional nuance, especially in platonic intimacy. Ideally, more people, regardless of gender, would develop the ability to hold space for feelings without letting them dictate the entire relationship.
@PeopleLikeUs Exactly, thanks for your understanding man ๐
During cuddling sessions, with most of the women I have cuddled with, It's been a topic of discussion, and nothing more than that. The central point agreed upon is that we have no desire to be in a committed relationship. This is the best upside of platonic cuddling, which is physical intimacy and soul connection with a woman without the expectations of being in a commited relationship.

@WestsideMarc Yes, but is your dog racist?๐ค

@TheFunCartel My dog doesn't bite, no child no.

@Krisha That's been my experience too, most say "they have a girlfriend now" vanish and in a few months later they're back on CC "visiting" my profile again. Cracks me up!๐
Iโm always amused when people complain about other people respecting โNo means No.โ
The best way to avoid pain, frustration, and complications is to avoid things that cause pain, frustration, and complications.
Like, for instance, unrequited desires and emotions.
The men who leave you alone after they learn that the desires and emotions in your relationship with them are unequal are doing exactly what they are supposed to do.
The main question is, "Do you truly want a platonic experience, or are you settling for one?" Can you benefit from a nurturing, platonic touch without it going any further? Can you compartmentalize and understand the limits of these sessions?
๐
@CharlesGrove IF only they would ALL LEAVE ME ALONE...๐คฆ๐
Some do, but those others "who found a girlfriend" hasn't gotten the "memo" on what having a girlfriend actually means๐ and want to still creep around my profile (here and elsewhere) and try to "reach out" after months to YEARS of no contact.๐๐คฆ
Like, I said:

@xandriarain Those are good questions, and my answers to all of those questions are all YES! ๐
@xandriarain From the beginning, my main goal was always a platonic experience that brought comfort from a recent breakup, but feelings and emotions surfaced that I definitely didn't expect or search for. While I can still value the connection in its platonic form, and enjoy it more than I ever thought I could with anyone, I recognize that part of me has some feelings beyond that. Though it's nothing crazy strong, it is there, and I can only imagine it will continue to grow. For now, I'm holding steady to keeping myself in check for the most part and keeping a lid on my feelings. So, in a way, Iโm both staying true to my original intent but also doing my best to adjust to the reality and consequences of the situation I find myself in. At the end of the day, I still have a decision to make and I'll tell yah, it's not getting any easier. Crazy what can happen in such a short time. We'll see how it goes. Such is life.
@WestsideMarc , in a nutshell your poem describes what many may feel after a cuddle experience.
@Katota LOL ๐
I think this is a good reason to see multiple cuddlers. If you only see one you might develop feelings if youre lonely and since we arent in a relationship with the cuddler theres no issue seeing a different one. Even though some cuddlers would prefer getting repeat clients and regulars who are exclusive im sure most would rather have a client that visits them less often but has no feelings for them vs someone that only sees them and does have feelings.
I prefer Catching Villains, Myself. ๐
I know, I know that's not what cuddling is all about. ๐๐๐
I'm having feels left and right. I think I'm emotionally vulnerable and also the good hormones from cuddling create attachment. It's been a wonderful exercise to realize that though I can attach easily, I can be intentional about feelings and pursuing or not pursuing attachment. So now I regard my cuddle buddies as special friendships. I'm also trying to convert the people I already love to platonic touch!
Iโve had this happen to me twice now, and YES!! PLEASE stop meeting with that person! Weโre here for comfort and support NOT dating- Not even โaccidentallyโ. Iโve heard of it happening (this person may have been lying), and it made me incredibly uncomfortable- like there was some level of expectation this person was looking for that from ME. I have CLEAR emotional boundaries when it comes to being a cuddle enthusiast and if I ever begin to feel theyโre being pushed, Iโm done!
@JohnR1972 My boyfriend says he was one of the smartest men of his time because he said, โ When you're born you get a ticket to the freak show. When you're born in America, you get a front row seat.โ
Catching feelings here is about as smart as catching feelings for a girl at the local dive bar who's told you she's not looking for anything serious. I know it's hard but save your feelings for someone who is appropriate to be in a relationship with.
@great_pillow08 That's one of the reasons I don't pursue enthusiast cuddling. Always felt too much like dating, and even minus any romantic feelings, the potential for hurt feelings (if A loves the cuddling and B decides they no longer want to) seems a bit high.
Even though I've enjoyed every session that I've had I know at the end of the day this is a transactional relationship. The only reason they saw me was because we agreed to meet on this day, for x amount of hours and for x amount of money. That's why for me I don't think I'll ever truly catch feelings with anyone I've cuddled. That doesn't mean that I don't wish them well or don't care about them as people and I would like to think they'd feel the same about me.I guess it would be hard for me to call something like this a friendship or at the very least catch feelings because I don't pay my friends to take time out of their day and spend some of it with me.If I met them on another site then who knows.Besides in my opinion catching feelings/getting in a relationship with a pro cuddler or even an enthusiast is like dating a co-worker.No one recommends doing that because that leads to way more drama than anyone wants.I have loved the sessions I've had and I hope the pros I've had sessions with feel the same, but that isn't the same as falling in love with someone.
No comment..oops well that was a comment. Ah nevermind.
