@SquishyJackie Lol! π€£ Ohh, Dudebro "Questions" are hilarious...π
Dudebro: Do you hate sex?
Me: Go ask your wife that question, have a nice day Dudebro! ππ
Good on you for reporting him! π
@katota I love your attitude! π€£
@SquishyJackie Appreciate that! ππ
Another reason why they should have not shut down the craigslist adult section and other similar sites.
πππππ
@Sooson I agree, as soon as that shutdown happened ,over on "the site that shall not be named" nothing BUT a slew of horny toad Dudebros just kept on appearing and appearing and appearing and appearing and appearing...π€¦ Dudebro after Dudebro after Dudebro after Dudebro!π
Most don't even know the difference between labels Dom and Domme, and don't get me started on the idiots who "thinks" Switch means switching genders. βπ
Lol! π€£π€£π€£
That's not what Switch means, Dudebro! ππ
It's a hoot over there on "the site that shall not be named" at times. π
@Katota that's too funny!! Sounds hilarious on "the site that shall not be named" π€£π€£π€£π€£
@Adragayle π It really is a hoot over there once you get comfy, I've been hanging out over there for over a decade now. π
I definitely share casual pet names with friends and people I know and care about. When developing that I tread very carefully and make sure itβs something everyone feels comfortable with.
That said, most of the time when someone uses those terms with me on here it is not carefully. Literally the introductory message is βhey babe, got any picsβ I wish this was an exaggeration. Itβs not.
Iβm an enthusiast. Iβm not running a business. But for this to be their first message just shows how little people understand about how to start a conversation with someone.
And then they try three or four more times with similar gems before I just block them.
When I was a child a switch was something my dad made me get off a tree for him to hit me with. Now it's something that I am simply not versatile enough for
@pmvines Lol! π It can mean that too over there, but it actually means switching roles (like Dominant to submissive for example or vice versa). Like I say, "Google is your friend" of course most Dudebros don't utilize Google for learning purposes.π
@Katota Thank you for the laugh π€£π€£π€£. I really needed it today!! π€
@Adragayle Lol! Totally understand and you're welcome.π€π
I know what it is @katota. That's why I'm not versatile enough. I can only be what I be. I'm nobodies bottom !
Which is not for cc conversation so let's make it easy on the mods and shhhhh
@pmvines Okay my bad, friend. ππ«
Hahaha
@pmvines πππ
@pmvines Oh! I ordered the collection of comic strip stories of Milk And Mocha, it even shows the story of how the two met it is SO ADORABLE! π₯°π₯°π₯°
And it does explains why Milk is the way she is too, and Mocha (although mute) does communicate with Milk by writing on a chalkboard. So cute! πβ€οΈ
@SquishyJackie Except for the fact that some guys come here looking for sex precisely because they know they're not supposed to. They want the "thrill" of feeling like they are breaking the rules and getting something they shouldn't. For those types, going to a sex worker would be dull.
@writerGF valid point. In fact I would bet that's the majority reason.
This is literally all I want in a session but some think its sexual. π€·
@sausalito thank looks more nurturing than sexual, at least to me. But I canβt speak for how it makes someone else feel. Iβm sure there are others like myself though that donβt see it as sexual.
@JohnR1972 i have to agree with you. I know Iβve gotten heat for saying this before. But some of those βterms of endearmentβ or not meant to be flirty. Iβve lived a lot of my life in the south, and maybe itβs my age group as wellβ¦ but I have a habit of calling people men and women hun or darlin β¦. I have tried over and over to stop and Iβm better about not saying darlin but I still say hun a lot. I say hun as freely as a lot of gen z peeps calls everyone bro - male or female.
But i do truly apologize if I have ever offended anyone by saying such nicknames
I know how you feel itβs so maddening n frustrating super gross n annoying. Iβm not sure how many times have had guys ignored, reported n banned but Iβve had my fair share of that. So these days I ignore them n watch them get banned by someone else if they get stupid enough except for my friends on here that Iβve been friends with for almost a year now. N I found a cuddle buddy this month off this site anyway who knows about my friends on here n stuff n we have meaningful chats about things.
@sage91436 I think to some it's about the nature of the nurturing π€£π€£π€£. When staring at that picture long enough, one may come up with non-platonic ideas. I still take your side here.
Personally I see all of these as being platonic cuddle positions. Someone can look at any of these pictures and have non-platonic ideas - doesnβt mean they canβt be platonic positions for cuddling. Itβs about intention
Holly F its already tomorrow. good night
The title of this discussion : "Pet peeve: when people use this site as a sexual or romantic thing"
I'm new to cuddling, so bear with me.
Sorry to be blunt, but really what do you expect? A webcam model site I used to frequent has very graphic photos for the girls profiles and explicit tag words to search on. So when a model in either free chat or in private would explain that they do not take their clothes off or do VIP shows, etc., sometimes I would ask "what are you doing here then?". Its not like the members are there to discuss the war in Ukraine (well maybe some are??). I was one of the few members who did not like the VIP shows and never engaged in explicit sexual talk, but was always aware of the nature of the site.
I've seen many profiles on this site that offer spooning, handholding, music/rose petals/candles, dinner dates, meeting in cars, etc. Stuff that I would NOT associate with therapeutic cuddling. These profiles seem to treat this site as little more than a glorified escort site. Emotional/mental/physical/spiritual boundaries are very critical and very tough to maintain sometimes, even in "normal" relationships.
By the way, keep in mind that different folks are triggered by different phrases, images, topics, etc. I am not turned on by cleavage pics believe it or not, but you could say I am triggered by certain "normal" outfits and poses. I am more of an artist (at heart).
Just my $0.02
@exp4life How is spooning not a natural part of cuddling? Also, platonic cuddling is more accurate than therapeutic cuddling ... pros are not certified therapists, in the vast majority of cases, they are simply people willing to do this for money.
Sorry to be blunt, but really what do you expect?
π€
@exp4life Well...Lol! π I at least expected members on this site to know the definition of the word PLATONIC. πππ
Sadly, many here still do NOT know what platonic means, it is what it is.π€·

@WriterGF And Enthusiasts (like myself who aren't therapists by a long shotπ) are willing to cuddle for free, because we just wanna.ππ«
