So all these drone sightings especially in PA and NJ…nothing to see here? Not important or something else going on? Thoughts?
It may be something. It may be nothing. Not enough details to know yet.
Since they are selling so many drones at such a low cost maybe they are just being thrown out there.
All just speculation at this point. Authorities supposedly got their hands on one of them yesterday.
11 (I got one 😄)
They are just trying to see who has the best pot holes and graffiti
@pmvines Nope, nope, we've had the ice cream to prove it for nearly a decade.
Oof is that a single scoop or a double ? Can they roll it ?
That's a single. Worth every calorie.
Everyone on TikTok is saying it’s project blue beam but who knows.I honestly don’t even care anymore if aliens abduct me. Soon I’ll have an intergalactic cuddle practice.
It’s nothing. Just another distraction: it’s either some some real nerdy drone enthusiasts, or incompetent government drone program. It’s NOT Iran, media is just warmongering
Everyone on TikTok is saying it’s project blue beam
Wow. I had to look that up.
That's some real "calling from West of the Rockies" subject matter there.
Yeah, it's definitely not that.
As someone said, at this point an alien abduction would feel like a rescue.
Well then, bon voyage!
I'm sure you'll be given interesting alien literary works to look at while in transit to your new home.
IMO, are only 3 possible explanations… 1) they are of American origin 2) they are of foreign origin 3) they are of extraterrestrial origin
To me, the fact the drones are using conventional lighting schemes eliminates both explanation 2 and 3.
Likewise, our federal government’s lackadaisical response to them (I.e. “we don’t know what they are but they are not a threat to public safety”) strongly suggests to me they are of American origin but a part of something classified they do not want to share with the public / elected city / state / federal officials.
My best guess is they are being operated by DoD / DoD contractors. Most likely they are doing nuclear detection looking for either a nuclear bomb or material for a dirty bomb.
Again, all speculation on my part but I believe it is by far the most logical explanation.
@GuyverGordon you did get this one, i kind of was out of the loop because i hadn't seen any reports i was just coming in now that i hadn't seen.
FWIW - A New Jersey Mayor has gone on record suggesting the drones are flying in a search grid and are looking for radioactive material that was reported as lost by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
Still lots of conflicting stories coming from various government agencies so I do not view this article as the definitive answer but I still believe the drones are of domestic origin rather than being run by any other nation.
https://nypost.com/2024/12/17/us-news/missing-radioactive-material-in-new-jersey-sparks-drone-theories/
The one thing I am fairly certain of is that the spokespersons representing the US government are feeding misinformation to the public and press about their knowledge of the situation.
@MrPaul - 100% I never believed the statement they don’t know where they are coming from or returning to, that doesn’t pass the “straight face test”.
@JohnR1972 The amount of radioactive material involved is so low I doubt they would "call out the drones" (this needs to be a new saying) to search for it. With the low activity of that source, at 1 meter the exposure rate is only about 0.15mrem/hour. For comparison, a chest x-ray is about 5 mrem total, so in about 30 hours you get as much radiation as a chest x-ray - yeah, not all that dangerous
@Vocalist100 I agree, we are still not being told the whole truth.
The missing medical device described by the NRC contains some radioactive material but not enough to be a serious threat. Certainly not enough of a threat for the President elect to need to cancel his trip to NJ.
I think we are slowly moving in the direction of the truth… the drones are of U.S. origin, the drones are looking for something, possibly something with a radioactive signature.
IMO, are only 3 possible explanations… 1) they are of American origin 2) they are of foreign origin 3) they are of extraterrestrial origin To me, the fact the drones are using conventional lighting schemes eliminates both explanation 2 and 3.
For anyone who missed it, yesterday White House Spokesperson, Karoline Leavitt, confirmed the New Jersey drones were of American origin and operating with the permission of the Federal Aviation Administration. The explanation given for why they were flying around NJ and adjacent areas was, “research and other purposes.”
The vagueness of “and other purposes”, coupled with the President-elect’s comment in December about not going to Westminster because of the drones, supports the theory the drones were searching for something dangerous. But at least if puts to rest the theories about the drones being from hostile nations.
@JohnR1972 Respectfully, have you met people?
Absolutely no one wants to know the truth.
We humans do everything in our power to avoid, obscure, or deny the truth at every opportunity.
All these drone sightings were just before New Year’s Eve. The sightings were near or adjacent to New York. The government had credible intel that there was a dirty b. being assembled possibly to be used on NYE. The drones were “Sniffer” drones looking for any unusual radioactive material signatures. They went out at night because businesses are closed and there is much less background radiation like from X-Ray machines being used at night. The government lied to us because a panicked evacuation of New York and New Jersey would have been disastrous. The good news is that the drone sightings mysteriously stopped just before New Year’s Eve. They must have either found it, or determined it was a false lead.
Philion did a documentary on this on YouTube.
That's not true. I do.
@TxTom As do I, but some people feel entitled to speak on behalf of all mankind. Off the top of my head, I cannot think of a single thing everyone in the world would agree on. I would start a thread on that subject but it would immediately turn political.
