Confess some of your randomest reasons for clicking on a profile

I be hella interested in some of these charming city names where y'all are from and nothing more.

And I'll click on the same profile multiple times, each login, just for the city name, briefly forgetting I checked out that city name before lol. I'll be like: is that in Texas or Michigan? Ohh, Georgia. Ok. Wonder how you pronounce this city name, hmmm...

And I'm always floored when I can't guess where the city is offhand and it turns out it's in my own damn state lol. Always a surprise

  • Because I click, therefore I am.

  • Half the time it is because my phone interpreted a swipe for a click. If it is intentional it is do to see a bigger picture or to read the profile or because I don't remember clicking before.

  • Sometimes it's because the name is cool. Sometimes I'm looking for context behind a forum comment, though it's so rare that the person actually has a profile so that tends to be pointless.

But the only reason involving randomness is the phone swipe thing mentioned by @GuyverGordon.

  • The above plus interesting profile names, curious about people nearby, or just flat strolling the site and clicking people at random.

So many interesting people and stories here.

  • @89cadillac I've done much the same as you - largely in the way of forgetting information and going, "Oh yeh, now I remember." I did that a couple times with a pro and got blocked because she didn't like her profile being looked at more than once or twice by the same person without a booking.

  • So many interesting people and stories here.

  • As others have mentioned...
It's sometimes by accident as I'm scrolling.
Out of curiosity to see a profile picture.
    To find potential cuddle matches.
To see a profile after reading their post on a thread.

  • Catchy usernames
    People with guitars
    Amazing nature shots
    Beach photos
They are in the city I am about to visit like Vancouver and Vegas

  • [Deleted User]cool_dude_ (deleted user)

It had Patrick from SpongeBob on her profile picture

  • It is never random. I always ponder for hours and then grace your profile with the precision and laser focused purpose of a lightning bolt striking it's mark

  • It is imperative to click on profiles to keep my naughty and nice lists updated and organized.

@89cadillac Well, here in Gainesville it's all about CHICKEN! πŸ”πŸ£πŸ”πŸ£πŸ”πŸ£πŸ”πŸ£

    πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

If you're down to get your fried cluck on, Gainesville is the place to be! πŸ”πŸ£πŸ˜

Boy, I shudder to think WHAT WOULD HAPPEN if chicken no longer existed here in Gainesville...😬😬😬😬

Then we really could eat the rich because they taste like chicken I hear. I mean they are gobbling up the planet.

But if we ate the poor the supply is larger, but the portion sizes smaller.

    I’m just spitballing here.

Yeah, there's only one thing that they're good for.

    said a rich man

  • Because the profile picture is small if I can't figure out what it is, I'll click on it to see what the profile picture actually is. I always like to click on someone with a warm smile or an extra cheesy smile, or kind looking face. Sometimes it's the user name. Also can be the city.

Most of the time I like to see what other pros think about that person that may be visiting my profile, or wanting to have a session.

The other day, one person that visited me, I clicked on his profile, and I saw that he gave someone one star, and then I found out that Pro had three more people that gave her one star. So I was doing a lot of nosy clicking 😝

  • I’ve clicked on profiles to check out city names, profile names, and interesting photos.

Matter of fact @mauvefox hss a lovely authentic profile pic.

  • I just love reading karma. People say such nice things about each order. It’s refreshing on the internet

For me it's usually because they are going to get a warning or are being sent to banned camp πŸŽ»πŸ”¨

  • Usually no pic .. things get misconstrued after awhile … esp with Bare Minimum profiles. Have to double check….. same city, or great smile

  • I get a ton of views from other states or even countries. I'm guessing it's my hair. Lmao. I know other peoples' pretty hair has made me click on their profiles before.

    @BlessedEnergy4U

I shall visit your profile again once I've pondered all of my extremely specific reasons perfectly tailored to you to do so, despite not once telling you the reasons. I'm here, and I'm a blessing!

  • Random reasons to view profiles:

    profile displayed on homepage

    profile displayed as 'recently online'

interesting comment in the forum section

    Profile has a cool picture

    Profile has no picture

  • I start clicking around once I see bad Karma. I get curious. So it opens a rabbit hole of profiles I'll go down for a bit πŸ•³

  • @Bear thanks Bear! Love your self description btw. 😁

  • When I all of a sudden get an influx of views from people out of state I assume it’s because it was my profiles turn to be previewed on the home page or I said something interesting/weird in a forum. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

So then I click on them to view back.

@Cuddlesofcuddle i have definitely gone down the review rabbit hole. Not just cause of bad karma though. Good stuff too. Checking out one persons karma so clicking on the person who wrote that karma. Now absorbed into their profile and clicking on who wrote their karma. So while you can’t use karma alone to pass judgement on anyone, it sure does make for good reading material.

Cool profile pics will do it for me. Interesting art, a cute pet, or a kind face. Or as @PixiePassions suggested, a fabulous hair color.

@pmvines you’re definitely here. And you are a blessing. 😁

I click on a lot of profiles because I read something they wrote on the forums and I want to see their profile. Or they seem like someone I'd potentially like to meet. Another reason is I want to see where they are located or they clicked on mine and now I'm curious. Finally, from time to time I click on profiles by accident.

  • A great smile always gets me! Or a photo that captures something that gives me a visceral reaction, like something in nature. People from or nearest NY make me click AND ppl with karmas… makes a gal feel more safe πŸ€—

  • @Katelyn_B gotta love the accidental click. Meant to scroll but my phone had other ideas. 😁
