Swamp Thing would be an awesome cuddler, out there in The Green Of It All, of course I can't wear my wigs out in the humid Swamp atmosphere. Lol 😆

I actually once had a giant black emperor scorpion named Duane the Rock Johnson (inspired at the time by Scorpion King) who was extremely docile, and would sit on my arm or shoulder and just chill. You could say he was even cuddly

@RedFox16 perhaps. Lol Truth be told, the film representations of the monster is so far removed from Shelley's description of him in her novel.
Actually Mary Shelley described Frankenstein’s creation as 8 ft tall and barely hiding the organs and arteries. So the creation on film is far more attractive than Shelley’s. This is why besides being hailed as a work of feminism and the ethics of science it is also read as a novel on class as the parts of his creation were taken from pauper cemeteries which were described in unflattering terms. Shelley came from bourgeois society so her class at the time came shining through.
Yep, like I said, far removed from what we have seen in the screen. There's a new film adaptation coming out this winter (?). I'll be interested to see what they do with it.
