Ratio of cuddlers genders

I'm curious to know what percentage of cuddlers are what genders and why. After taking a vote, please explain why you cuddle (Ex, for money, for emotional health, for pleasure, boredom, etc.). Please be honest. I appreciate it. Thank you for your time, and enjoy the rest of your day!

    I like cuddling in general, but I decided to make it a routine when I saw how much better I function because of it.

    I am a professional and I cuddle because I feel very deeply that platonic physical affection is something missing in many people's lives and I know it has helped me enormously with my mental health and connection to my community.

    It works very well with my naturally extroverted and physically affectionate nature, and while I'd love to just cuddle all day for free, I do have to deal with capitalism. 😂

    @MTex aww that's kinda sweet. Good for you, that's very generous. Wish more people would be like that, but I understand why they aren't. It takes strength and guts to be that vulnerable in a way.

    The ratio of men to women on the site is about 7:1 I think (or higher), with a small but measurable number of trans and non-binary people.

    Active forum membership is very small and is not remotely representative of the site as a whole.

    There’s a few of us (maybe more ) that joined as a way to meet folks Cuddling is secondary to me and really something I like to do with friends .
    When I introduce peeps to this site it takes me awhile to discuss cuddling 😆 I like to tell folks it is a great way to meet people and have a lot of fun at same time.
    And If you end up in a cuddle pile at end of day … well how cool is that ! 😊

    Yup same . Some of my favorite peeps I've spent time with here didn't even constitute as cuddling but amazing connection and times nonetheless . If I were a client looking to hire a cuddle pro it would be different im sure but like you, that's just secondary and I am more interested in meeting new friends. Which I realize isn't for everyone but it works for me.

    I don’t know Why exactly I enjoy cuddles so much
    Maybe from a lack of hugs and safe touch growing up
    Or maybe cuddles are just a need without needing to be explained (but probably if it had to be: oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine?)

    I like cuddles way more than I do sex, that’s 100% certain

    I’m cuddling for emotional wellbeing and fulfillment. Also I came to say what @CuddleDuncan said - The site population as a whole is much different than what your results will be.

    At the time, the ratio of male to female enthusiasts was 16 to 1. Female Pro's to male Pro's was 24 to 1.

    Personally, I'm a female enthusiast here for friendship.

    I am a pro on here so I cuddle for money only. Which I still find some clients upset over. Like if they hired a pro what do they expect. They should either find an enthusiast or go to another site if it is something else.

    I am an Enthusiast cuddler and I do not charge for cuddles. I love the ability to be close to someone, sharing stories and laughs and so forth. The health benefits is another reason why I cuddle as well. I cuddle all ages, genders, ethnicies and so forth. DON'T be afraid to reach out.

    I'm not sure pleasure is the right word? But it's certainly an enjoyable experience, lots of dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin. I usually enjoy some conversation with my cuddle buddy as well.
    All in all just a good time!

    I am a pro. Unfortunately, I don’t cuddle as much as I would like. But I like the financial aspect to be honest. But I do work a regular job.

    I really do like the mental and physical aspects of being held tightly and it being safe. Like some have mentioned, the dopamine or serotonin rush it gives and the connection you feel to the person.
