How to deal with "Revenge Karmas" & Negativity?

Hi everyone!
I hope your day is going well.
Recently I had an issue with a cuddle requester who was extremely negative in direct messages. He asked for my phone number and was extremely belittling, insulting from apparently being scorned by past bookings with other professionals. I had an emergency and didn't respond for a few days, and unfortunately when I returned to apologize for the delay, I found out he had blocked me and left negative karma / a bad review out of spite. I've tried reporting it but now I have lost a total of 5 sessions because of his review, and I am unable to remove it. People see his review and have said I am suspicious now because of him lying on it saying I "ghosted" him. I desperately need money for a necessary medical surgery and it's really getting me down. Is there anything I can do, and how do you guys normally deal with the stress and loss of business because of a negative person? Any advice is greatly appreciated, I just started out here!

    Can't really leave karma if he didn't cuddle you to begin with. Report to mods and they will handle it. Unfortunately there are some pretty entitled creepy weirdo incel types on here.

    He never booked me. I've reported it to Moderation 3 times, I hope something is done about it soon :') Thank you for your comment, pmvines, I hope you have a great day

    Should be an easy fix. Mods can see his messages to you and easily verify there was no booking. He'll get banned and the karma will be removed. Only issue would be if any of this was happening offsite, in which case they have no way of verifying what went on.

    That's reassuring to hear! Thankful they'll be able to see the messages. I never communicate offsite and try my best to uphold the site rules :) hopefully the karma is removed as I've lost potential new friends and cuddles after they read his karma

    Just give mods time to respond they are volunteers with jobs and lives etc may be a minute but they will handle it I'm sure

    I’m so sorry this happened to you! Unfortunately the community does have some bad apples who lie on reviews, but thankfully it seems to be a pretty rare occurrence.

    The same exact thing has happened to me as well in the past. I didn’t even notice that I had the negative karma on my profile until a few days after the fact, and since he’d blocked me, the only recourse I had was to reply to the karma explaining my side of the matter- never even confirmed a session let alone exchanged more than 5 messages in total back and forth. Thankfully, the mods stepped in and deleted his review quite promptly. The mods on this site are super proactive!
    I hope this doesn’t deter you from continuing to cuddle and that you can recoup the lost business once the review is gone!

    False or malicious Karma is routinely removed by the Mods, but only if it is Reported. In this case the Karma fails even before that stage, because it may only be written when you have actually met (videocall does count) or somebody no-shows a Booked session.

    The Mods do their best and are brilliant on the whole, but sometimes stuff does take longer than we'd all like.

    @brainlessphoebz I don’t see it on your karma. Looks like it was already removed or hidden. This happened to me once; just report it as soon as you see it.
