  • This is rage bait 😃

  • @biancalovecraft
    Thanks for saying it. I agree and there’s too much of it here lately.

  • @TxTom Thanks I've tried connecting with women in real life, but i haven't had much luck. I've gone to clubs alone, and whenever I do that, its almost IMPOSSIBLE to even get a woman to make eye contact with me. I guess that's what men mean by feeling invisible. It doesnt matter if they are walking right past me or are standing next to me. They never look into my eyes, and so I usually just end up sitting alone as the loud music blasts and people dance.

  • @Amortentia I appreciate your positivity but there is a reason why cuddling is a one-way street on this site. Where are all the male pro-cuddlers? There are almost none because women dont have to pay for cuddles. They can just go on dating apps and pick whatever man they want from the thousands that are in their inbox.

    And hey, i dont blame them. Why pay when you dont have to? The thing is, if im going to find cuddles, im going to have to pay, and so its just a fantasy to think that the woman whom im paying for cuddles is going to somehow start cuddling for free with me

  • Merged into pro pricing thread.

  • One more time for the people in the back.... THIS ISN'T A DATING SITE!

    Women are not obligated to make eye contact or engage in public if we choose not to. Maybe try engaging in conversation instead of expecting eye contact with a random stranger. Ask her if her dress has pockets! That'll spark a smile if it does 100% of the time and I'll even bet she'll show you the pockets too! Instant opening. Change the approach if what you're doing isn't working.

  • @All_the_snuggs
    Well said I respect this

  • Can I just ask, are the posted prices on pro cuddlers profiles meant to be the price of an in person or a virtual? I've run into a profile that shows 100/hr, but upon messaging the person, its actually 250/hr for in person. This is not listed on their profile and they get 100 messages a day, so there is no way to know this until you message them multiple times and finally get a reply. It seems to me, if you are offering cuddles for 250, you should also be required to post that in your profile, if not in the actual listed price.

  • @Platypus0110
    In general, if you see discrepancies in a profile, things that look off and don’t seem to comply with the site’s TOS, non-platonic photos and bios - Please Report!
    Mods will handle it.

  • @Platypus2600 she needs to have her $250/hour price listed. Report that.

    @g_w_t_w and @Sheena123

    I have reported her, but since she's blocked me, I have no idea if she's revised her profile.

  • Are these men not getting enough cuddling from their wife or girlfriend? No wife and no girlfriend?
    Then why not go to a dating site, or maybe get a passport and fly over to Asia , South America and get a loving wife and a cuddle partner for life?

  • Not all costs are monetary

  • It reveals the true natures of men, women and all genders 🥰

    @Jake_Cuddler Some people are in relationships that don't include cuddling. And some people have no interest in being in a relationship.

  • I see jake_cuddler is not longer on here, I think it's obvious if someone is willing to pay for a service especially in this economy that it's a need that they're not having filled. I think flying overseas and finding someone to wife up or date is not in the budget of many men, though I feel $100 an hour is expensive, it's one of the main reasons I will stick with enthusiasts.

  • We live in lonely and distancing times. We want physical closeness but can’t always expect someone to put so much trust in us that they’re willing to risk their wellbeing to give us that. The fee accounts for that risk.

  • I think that when pros set the price, it is partly as a filtering technique. Those that charge less will get flooded with messages, and many of those are likely to be from unsavory individuals with ill intent.

    I do question those that charge higher prices (150+) and still are not willing to host. I will often host which means the cost of venue is mine to bear. I also try to offer a meal, snack, or beverage at my expense. When all that is factored in, I'm already spending 150-200 for an 80/hr cuddler.

    We all have the freedom to be selective within our own means, so I'm not sure why there is so much debate over this point.

    Some pro cuddlers are doing this full-time and for them it is a business, so you are likely to spend more. Others are doing this to make some extra on the side, and are likely to charge less but with less flexibility in scheduling.

    Many factors to consider and there is no one size fits all answer.

    I cuddle because it is something I truly enjoy and benefit from, both emotionally, physically and mentally. I believe all parties benefit from a positive cuddle experience and that is worth more than money, but times are hard and we can't all do what we love for the sheer joy of it.

    Honestly, I'm just thankful that a community/service like this exists. Without it, the hotlines would likely be much busier.

    @MJ73 I have seen some cuddle pros who charge high prices say they do it intentionally - they are happy with just a few regular clients and prefer to discourage the rest.

    The below is based on approx. 1,400 pros that were active within the past 30 days. Excluded any prices under $60 (likely virtual only) and anything over $250.00 since there were only a handful (less than 20). these exclusions also make the bar chart look more readable. So it gives you people an idea in case you are interested.

  • So I deep dived into this.
    I am including info for if I hosted and a few other things I thought of.

    🕙 Time factors 🕑
    🚗Travel time: Estimated 15 minutes to 2-2.5 hours one way
    🚗That means round trip: Estimated 30 minutes up to 5 hours (if I don't hit traffic).
    🫂 Cuddle session: 1-4 hours cuddle session
    🫂 Add a little extra chat time before and after. Also occasionally add an extra 5 to 15 minutes cuddle over on the session too that are free.
    ⏰️ That's about 1.5 hours up to 8+ hours of my day round trip between traveling and cuddling depending on the variable factors.

    This is not counting the time it takes to get ready or leaving early to arrive on time / early incase of traffic.
    Remember: while I enjoy cuddling a lot, that is time I could be using to do other things and time away from my family and friends too.

    🕙 Other Time factors 🕑
    If Hosting at Home:
    🛏 Change and make the bed with fresh sheets.
    🛏 Bring out extra cozy soft blankets and pillows.
    🧹 Clean and tidy the cuddle space.
    🥛🍬 Restock any items I supply (snacks, drinks, spare toothbrush & toothpaste, etc)
    🎶 Make sure a cuddle playlist is ready.
    ⏰️ Get ready and any other prep.

    💰⛽️ Costs 🚿🔧
    ▪︎ % Fees from the site
    ▪︎ Extra gas costs
    ▪︎ Wear and tear on my car
    ▪︎ Higher water bill (more showers/ laundry)
    ▪︎ Laundry item expenses
    ▪︎ Increased food/drink expenses for long travel
    ▪︎ Parking/tolls fees (when applicable)
    ▪︎ Taxes on my earnings
    ▪︎ Additional Fees if accepting payments for services through a payment app/ site.
    ▪︎ Extra insurance (running a business out of your home & traveling for work)
    ▪︎ Hotel costs if I get a hotel

    💰Less frequent costs💰
    ▪︎ Furthering my knowledge (cuddle books, classes, programs)
    ▪︎ New cuddle attire.
    ▪︎ Supplies if hosting (sheets, bottled water, wrapped snacks, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, etc )
    ▪︎ Public event cuddle costs (if any)

    💸 Other costs cuddlers may incur💸
    ▪︎ Childcare costs
    ▪︎ Uber /Lyft if they don't have a car
    ▪︎ Rental and/or property costs if they rent/have a separate office to cuddle in.
    ~ Utility costs for the rented/separate office space
    ▪︎ Inflation

    ⚠️💰 Risk & Non-monetary costs 💰⚠️
    ☆ As a cuddler, we take on a lot of risk.
    ▪︎ This site does not require pics of clients, nor screen or verify clients while pro cuddlers are required to have visible photos and put a card on file.
    ▪︎ If is on us to screen clients.
    ▪︎ We are meeting clients often in a private locations (hotel, homes).
    ☆ Emotional & mental costs - we are an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on for some people. It can be hard and even draining at times.

    ~~~~~
    Without any other fees, a hypothetical 2 hour session that takes 2 hours to drive each way (4 hours RT =6hr total) would (at 80/hr) be 160 - 24 (for 15% fee) = 136 for 6+ hours of time before taxes, gas, and any other expenses.
  • @LadyVel
    That's really extensive appreciate the effort. There will ultimately always be people who complain. If someone were charging 20 an hour there would still be people pissing off about it not being 5.
  • Wow @LadyVel your detailed outline of all of the public and hidden costs of pro cuddling really hit the nail on the head! I find that one of the most expensive things about being a pro is actually the time involved with chatting and getting to know clients prior to booking. It feels better for me to do so for safety vs blind booking and yet it also is time constantly taken out of my day to chat with multiple people. Plus as you stated above soooo much laundry 🤪 lol
  • Though if you were to carefully read the list above, alot of the items listed apply to a client as well. And as far as hosting, sometimes you host, sometimes you get hosted in which case the other party is the host :).
    Good list though that can help many here
    Also to clarify (as apparenty often needed when discussing prices) , the purpose of the chart above was to provide raw data / information, as the chart's title suggests. Not as a roundabout way to say "wow look how expensive they are"
    @LadyVel 🫂
  • @LadyVel bravo! This helped me think about the initial thought of pricing when I got here, appreciate you!
    This thread was crazy to read through but I can see people already called out some rage baiters and opinions lol.
    I think the ideas of supply and demand are the biggest factors in my pricing, since I only want to try the pro to help me in a time of need, so I want to make the most of the month I have paid for and see where I end up. I realize it’ll be hard as a newcomer jumping right into the deep end, but also I feel like my personality will help once I start chatting with folks who may be likeminded/interested. The coolest factor of this for me is I’ve already lived the gay life on the apps fishing for gawd knows what and end up cuddling and more for free! I’ve had ups and down but plenty of experience just being human next to another person, and I feel that experience is maybe what people are searching for here? Maybe not acceptance but an understanding of self through connection with someone else? Maybe too much of a brick for my first post here haha.
    Excited to expand experiences here and wishing everyone the same!
  • A large part of me wonders if people (mostly men) took the time & energy they take complaining about the lack of availability and pricing, and instead put it towards cultivating actual reciprocal friendships with women in their communities.... How different this site and the world would look!
    One of the best ways to cure loneliness isn't trying the same tactic repeatedly on dating & cuddle sites - it's making real community connections with people you share interests with. Finding new friends in supportive communities surrounding your interests has a far better success rate, and has the bonus of making you feel better in other ways as well. Building specific platonic social skills and confidence through these community connections and friendships means a higher success rate when you do branch out into dating and cuddling.
    It just seems like so much gets wasted in focusing on how much the problem sucks, instead of reframing to focus on an actual long-term solution. 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • @cuddlefaery 👍😊. Awesome commentary!
  • edited December 2025
    When I joined this site several years ago, the typical one hour session was $80. Now everyone wants $150 for an hour which is way too much in my opinion for a one hour. Is that the case in my location or is that pretty much everywhere? I understand inflation but I think $150 an hour is excessive for this service.
  • I understand inflation but I think $150 an hour is excessive for this service.
    For some it might be lower than that and for others it might be higher. One’s opinion on that is very specific to the person offering the opinion and means nothing really. Don’t book them if you feel it’s too much and if they don’t get much business they will either quit or adjust their pricing.
  • While cuddling sessions brings peace, calmness and are therapeutic, I feel the pricing/hour has a wide range and seems like out of reach for many people who genuinely seek a safe space..especially anxious people who take a bit of time even to feel the surroundings let alone the person they going to have the session with.
    While I understand it is pro's valuable time out of their lives that thy offer, is this platform slowly becoming unaffordable to majority??
