Today amongst others is national innergize day. I ended up taking a day off of work because I was exhausted. I didn’t realize to just now that I instinctively celebrated it.
Innergize Day is a day for personal relaxation and rejuvenation, observed the day after the Autumnal Equinox, which is typically on September 23rd. Created by Michelle Porchia to encourage people to prioritize self-care, the day is meant to provide an opportunity to slow down, focus on personal well-being, and engage in activities that bring joy and calm, much like nature shifts towards a period of rest after the equinox
