I know this might have been asked earlier. But just wanted to confirm before I reach out to someone.
I see many 18 years old professionals. I get confused about the legal age should be 18 or 21 for professional cuddling. Please advise.
I assume the legal age is 18, I don't see why it would be higher.
From the Terms and Conditions of the site:

Interesting question, because each state sets its own age of majority by law. The age of majority (adulthood) in most states is 18. However, it is 19 in both Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi. So if we had 18-year-old members in those states (whether pro or not), I suppose it could be problematic.

How so? The age of consent is lower in all those states. And consent is not purely sexual—it is about consent of your body and what you choose to allow someone to do with it. Consent is the cornerstone of cuddling. Besides, one can be emancipated earlier than 18.
I tink this is a good question for our resident barrister @MonkeyNeedsAHug
@FunCartel_ I was thinking of a minor's limited capacity to enter into a contract in Mississippi before age 21, for example. I certainly don't pretend to know all the legal ins and outs. But a quick search reveals an 18-year-old in Alabama, and a 20-year-old in Mississippi. So I suppose that COULD be problematic. Or maybe not.
The US Constitution says that an 18 year old can vote. Interestingly, it does NOT say that 18 is the legal age of adulthood or age of majority. Yes, there are some states that define the age of majority at 19 or a bit older, but in general, most states in the US say that you're an adult at 18.
@happyCuddler11 if you want a solid answer, check your state laws on the age of majority. I think that MA is 18 years old, but I could be wrong.
Thank you all for your comments.. I will check for state requirements.
🤔
@happyCuddler11 18 is considered an adult, however, their brain ( prefrontal cortex) is not fully developed for reasoning/emotional maturity , good decision making, etc.. Perhaps you should call your local police 👮 dept and ask them .. just to be sure … 😃 since it’s just platonic cuddling and you are not doing anything wrong ., right? The police officials will be able to give you the best answer.. IMO 😊

@SweetCuddler33 You are so right. I worry about the safety of the really young women here, their ability to make good decisions, especially without little experience with men.
@Admin_Mod_Test_ you are actually exploiting this young woman by posting these pictures and her phone number.. shame on you . You’re a predator .
Frankly... If I was 18 I wouldn't be on the site. I have a friend in her early 20's and I wouldn't recommend she try CC. I worry about young adults and tbh when the person seeking teenage cuddle partners is 2× that age (OP!!!) Well, I'm giving that a strong side eye glare.
cuddle partners is 2× that age
💯 I am tired of these nursing home centenarians constantly hitting my inbox asking if they can just cuddle in their adult diaper.
@happycuddler11 brings up a valid legality viewpoint for males, females and nonbinary etc.. participants. Not just females. We all matter.
@TheFunCartel im still waiting on judge judy to join.... In spending all my time with her!!
@Auroradream I share your view entirely! 🙌
Hmm 21 in the UK. With proof of age.
The age of consent from a legal standpoint in each state is only referring to sex. Try again.
To the OP, age 18 as Charlie stated. If that feels too young to you for whatever reason, you have plenty of options for older people and/or closer to your age group.
@TheMidnightOwl I'm going to be a bit contrary here, but the age of consent also applies to things like entering a contract (which a paid cuddle session on this site is). In many states, a minor cannot consent to nonsexual touch, such as getting a massage from a licensed massage therapist, or treatment from a chiropractor, without parental consent.
So the age of consent is broader than just sex.
@Jubal I get what you’re saying but what you’re talking about is legal adulthood. Legal adulthood to sign contracts and agree to medical procedures is a separate issue which is why it’s 18 in every US state because prior to that everyone is considered a legal minor. But state laws regarding the “age of consent” are specific only to the ability to legally consent to sexual contact, and that age is considered different in each state. Which frankly is stupid because no one under 18 is ready or responsible to have sex if they’re not ready to sign a contract or see a doctor alone without a parent consenting. But that’s all a different rant for a different day.
My 2 cents, I'll be 57 in December and there's no way I'd cuddle with an 18 year old..That's just weird..
@jonnyquest Yeah it is. Not much in common to talk about either other than to ask them if they are Swifty. Regardless of the answer it stops there.
On the other side of things Let's hear it for the over 50 pros?!! Actually I see plenty of people with their preferred age range topped out at 50 on their profile. And that's okay I just thought I would mention that since this thread was all about teenage cuddlers. Flip the script you know.
If a pro says she’s of age but is really a minor, that puts the client in a bad situation.
Best to stick with the over 50s, then. And I can certainly say that at least some of them are very cuddly.
