About Me by AI ugh

edited November 2025 in Pro Cuddling

Has anyone else noticed how so many new pros have similarly well written and concise "About Me" sections that have all the buzz words and descriptions like someone who is really knowledgeable of the cuddle culture but OBVIOUSLY written from AI!?! Perfect paragraphs saying all the perfectly correct things as if they have years experience and also they're professional writers. Just a vent. I wish I could report those for being lazy, false, and predictable. Where's the personality and connection. Makes me sad.

Comments

  • Yes, I’ve noticed a few (with other questionable factors imo)
    Buyer beware.

Using A.I. is literally the de facto standard for resumes to the point where it’s pretty much expected so I am curious as to how this is supposed to be any different.

Also curious as to how it’s automatically false.

Also curious as to how using it is a “caveat emptor” situation.

Or now it’s a crime worth reporting.

It literally takes what you tell it to say and reorganizes and states things more eloquently and professionally. Not sure how that’s supposed to be bad. It actually takes quite awhile and takes some practice too.

The smart people are saying to either adapt A.I. or your small business will perish. I mean, we are all basically super small business here, no? A solopreneur trying to market themselves is the ultimate small business and leveraging A.I. for marketing and things like resumes, is just smart at this point.

Those who have never used it professionally with any success seem to think it’s a bunch of robots spitting out falsehoods at the click of a button.

Your choice as to which one you want to believe.

Yes I recently joined and yes I had help from A.I. so you fine folks are literally talking about me here. Sorry to offend. I do have multiple friends who have been in this scene for years so I shaped many of my statements based on feedback from them in terms of what works and what to watch out for. A.I. didn’t come up with that stuff. I took feedback from humans, added my own personality, concerns, boundaries, and desires, and software formatted everything pretty nicely. I’m at a loss as to how this negatively affects anyone else.

  • I think as long as they don’t take from other pros and their cuddles are genuine once someone is in their arms, it is what it is 🤷🏻‍♀️

  • AI is just a tool, just like all of the many other tools we use in life.

  • @TxTom

But seriously, as long as the pro ain't plagiarizing someone else, I don't see the harm

  • “ all the buzz words and descriptions like someone who is really knowledgeable of the cuddle culture…… Perfect paragraphs saying all the perfectly correct things as if they have years experience….”

Much of the complaint here isn’t even about A.I., it seems to revolve around the idea that newer less experienced pros shouldn’t be allowed to have informative profiles that look good, I assume so that the more experienced pros will stand out more. That same issue could exist without A.I.

Always remember that dimming someone else’s light won’t make yours shine brighter.

  • More polished and professional profiles are a net positive for all of us. The less professional-looking profiles drag the credibility of this website as a whole down and attract clients we most likely don't want to work with.

A polished and professional profile produced by AI can be very misleading and does not necessarily mean one is a polished and experienced provider. I'm seeing these on brand new profiles and they hardly reflect any actual personalty. @Ashenlight actually blocked me so I can't see anything at all about how she represents her personality on About Me.

  • @Auroradream I understand your position. However, did you notice that none of the men who replied to this thread objected to an AI-generated bio, even if it were misleading? Many men on here seem to be more interested in a young and pretty pro cuddler who responds rapidly rather than an experienced provider.

Like it or not, AI is here to stay. All you can do is present yourself in the best way you can and not worry about what others are doing.

  • @BlueIris that's interesting as a comment from a cuddler who is on the older side. I'm in my fifties anyway, so I can't be called pretty and young. But I can tell you that my empathy, vocabulary, insights, experience, and intellect are in no way shape or form Artificial.

  • “ a polished and professional profile produced by AI can be very misleading and does not necessarily mean one is a polished and experienced provider”

Let’s be honest here. A profile, period, can be and is sometimes, very misleading. A.I. or not, polished or not, detailed or not, new or old. Someone could easily do it manually in a pretty short period of time, just copy the style and talking points of some other pros. If we can admit this then the real issue you have is not A.I.

The core of your argument is that you don’t like that people are able to look and sound professional right from the start instead of earning the right to do so over time like you did.

This would mean that we would need a profile police to determine if somebody is good enough or been around long enough, to have a certain level of detail and professionalism in their About Me section. Can you imagine getting a warning from the mods saying your profile is too professional sounding? It’s an interesting concept.

  • EXAMPLE From my AI assistant...I simply asked only for a young woman's pro platonic cuddle profile including prices and here's what it spit out:

    (Wow, she's incredible.)

  • I am very comfortable composing and using my own words for my profile.
I also understand that many people aren’t.
I feel that by using my own thoughts and words, I show a level of sincerity that is heartfelt and genuine that isn’t there when using AI to compose a bio. After all, It is “artificial”.
Some emotionally intuitive people can tell the difference.
I do agree that many men don’t care at all about the content of a woman’s profile. Often they don’t even read it. They just want to take the fastest route to get a cuddle.
But I do get some positive feedback about my profile.
I’m not competing with anyone here so I don’t care whether others use AI, but I do understand that some people need it, for obvious reasons.
    And many people don’t.

  • I agree with @Ashenlight here. In this case, it is not the tool that is the problem - it's how people are using it and the fact that dishonest pros exist. But, those dishonest pros would exist with or without said tool, and would use other methods for the same result.

I'd also argue that being skilled at cuddling and social-emotional skills does not always translate to being highly educated, good with words, business savvy, etc. Someone could be a fantastic cuddler and have bad grammar, spelling mistakes, be dyslexic, just plain hate writing, etc. AI can be an incredible accessibility tool - should people who have physical and mental difficulties typing up a professional profile not be allowed to use the tool available to them? Or should we instead be more focused on educating clients on how to vet their cuddler and cracking down on actually dishonest business practices?

  • I guess “Dishonest Pros” would more likely be exposed without AI.
I hope those are in the minority here.
From everything I read, most have good intentions and are here because they have something to give, regardless of how they create their profile.

  • The irony about all this is that I’d be willing to bet that at least 90% of guys who are paying don’t even read the About Me section. They especially don’t read a longer profile. They don’t really care. They’re looking at pictures, your age, scanning to see whether you seem to have strong boundaries or not, do you host, etc.

Nobody that I’m aware of is studying the text and making a decision based on how well you could pass an English 101 exam or how versed you are with cuddle culture. Any time someone truly has a question I’m thinking to myself, I’m pretty sure that was covered in paragraph 4, or very first sentence, or whatever.

  • @Ashenlight But my question is: Is every session is given your full care, effort, and professionalism?

  • edited November 2025

Some people do read the Bio or “about me” section but probably not the majority. I find it’s more about what brought them to the site to begin with and the kind of person they are. If they only care about a physical interaction, and yes, sometimes men do want to feel aroused even if they plan to follow the rules, they’re looking for someone they find attracted to. Eye candy and that’s it.
Others are more cerebral and intuitive and read profiles, looking for someone who they can have meaningful conversation with during cuddling.
So many types of people find their way to the site. It’s not “one size fits all” so some of the generalizations above don’t work.

  • Wow! Excellent thread, very thoughtful responses.....loving reading about how everyone is thinking about this very timely subject!

So much to say....as usual :)

First, @Ashenlight, you sound fascinating....welcome to CC! Yes, you may be right about the 90% of men reading the About Me piece.....I would guess at least a bit more do, but perhaps in only in a cursory way, and very likely not reading all of it, especially when it is a long one. I, for one, generally read the whole bio and session description.....but if I stop, it's because I have already decided that I will not be interested. If I reach out to someone, I have not only read everything, but I have also read every karma completely.....and most of the time, I have also gone to the client karma to see how the cuddler I am considering articulated her experience with him.

Why you might ask? As @cuddlefaery suggested that good at cuddling does not necessarily translate to being highly educated, or good at words, so why not use AI as a tool? Well, for me, as a self-avowed sapio-sexual man, excellent cuddling requires being good with words....articulate, reflective, witty, poetic.....so I prize the language used by a cuddler, and I need to know that it is authentic. An AI tool creating descriptions of humans and/or their sessions is, for me at least, akin to using fake pictures. It's not an accurate portrayal if you will be meeting. To those who maintain that doesn't make a difference to "good or expert cuddling", well, we have a different view of what cuddling is. Positions, touch, and hugging expertise, while important, is not at my top of the list; as I said previously, language/thoughts/ideas/articulation are more important. I will have a better experience with someone who is less experienced with how to physically cuddle but intuitive with language and idea-sharing than I would with the reverse.

“ An AI tool creating descriptions of humans and/or their sessions is, for me at least, akin to using fake pictures.”

That’s an interesting point, so let’s do a thought experiment. Which do you think would be worse to the typical paying customer, letting A.I. do some mild formatting on some boring text, or using a filter for pictures?

Serious question. Mainly because the latter is way more common and misleading than the former in my opinion. I don’t see any recent threads from anybody who has a problem with it though.

Why is misrepresenting or enhancing your looks with a filter apparently ok but getting formatting help with a resume type of document supposedly bad and misleading?

I literally know of profiles who use full blown A.I. pictures here. Their face is ffiltered then superimposed on a model’s body in a professional photography studio setting. Highly highly misleading. They look nothing like those pics in real life even though technically it’s their face. Nobody seem to care.

Also the irony of this quoted comment is that one of my unnamed professional cuddler friends here is very highly educated, VERY well traveled, but their profile just seems lacking and is not very representative of the quality of the session you would be getting whatsoever in terms of an intellectual conversation. Yet, I’ve seen people on the opposite side of the spectrum in terms of intellect, yet their profile was more impressive, even without A.I. I don’t know how anyone could possibly make an Informed decision on which one to pick based on how smart the profile sounded with this in mind.

  • edited November 2025

@Ashenlight I know you asked beaubliss this, but my take on AI text vs filtered photos: one is an accessibility tool, one is not. Filters can be fun and a creative tool, but they don't really create equitable access the way text AI does.

I'm not saying people should just ask chatgpt to completely fabricate their bio without any personal experience/personality input... But just saying that using AI to write profiles is bad is too gross an overgeneralization for me. Tools are only as good as the skill of the user, so as people become more adept at prompting LLMs, the higher quality outputs we'll have

  • Joking aside, here is my take:

I don't need AI to create a bogus profile. If I am smart enough I can create a profile that is just as misleading as any LLM can put out.

On the flip side, I might have flunked English all throughout school and am not as gifted in writing down words (hypothetical). Just because I might have used AI, doesn't mean it is fictitious though. I can read through and either approve and post what I did or make more prompts to make the message more accurate.

I don't think the use of AI inheritenly means the profile is fake or misleading. It may hide my weakness as a writer or communicator, but I don't think it has to mean I am misrepresenting myself.

Note: I have never used AI for my profile (probably obvious?). But I just don't see a valid argument for use of AI necessarily equating to fake. I'm also not saying there aren't fake profiles that have been created through use of AI (of course that is a thing). But AI, in itself, doesn't automatically mean it is fake/misleading.

  • I knew my perspective would not land well here....and I certainly don't disagree with the arguments made in contrast to the position I espoused. BUT I do want to clarify, as I must have chosen words that made my position unclear. I am NOT saying that AI as a tool creates a "fake" profile; I am simply saying that borrowing language, as well as format, to create an image in the reader's mind that the author is good with words is misleading. It is certainly possible that I am the only one who cares about this......as the AI enhanced profile may say nothing misleading in the content, as others have noted. It's simply the communication. And that's what matters to me the most.

I am of course imagining that nothing untrue is being portrayed, at least not in the mind of the pro cuddler who is authoring the description. But deft use of language is exactly what attracts me most; so if I meet up with someone after reading a well-articulated profile and find that they really aren't good with language, I may be disappointed. And all I had to go on was the way in which they wrote their profile.

But I also do understand that fake photos are a more serious infraction.....and can be far more misleading.....and that karma should expose the pro for posting fake pictures.

@beaubliss fwiw, I think having a communication skill preference is perfectly fine. I personally was more referring to earlier comments that disparaged AI written profiles in general due to their content.

I think overall the topic is more nuanced than most people tend to pigeon hole it. Full disclosure: I used AI to tidy up some of the language, spell check, and help with flow on my profile. Why do it, if I'm already an adept writer who loves descriptive writing? Because I also am neuridivergent and frequently struggle to parse informal text language. I've built up a lot of social anxiety around this over the years from being misunderstood or misunderstanding myself, and so utilizing technology is one tool I use to close the gap and ease my rejection sensitivity dysphoria.

And you know what's hilarious? I ran my original profile through an AI detection tool, and then the AI edited one. My original writing scored significantly higher probability of being AI (60-something% AI to 40-something human) than the edited version (40-something to 60-something). Those AI detection tools are notoriously inaccurate and inept at actually detecting AI vs human writing, particularly in higher level writing and with people who tend to be overly verbose 😅

So before people start assuming that some of those profiles are AI generated, they may want to consider that the person may just be a formerly-gifted kid turned traumatized neurospicy adult who nerds out on language 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

  • @cuddlefaery You crack me up!! AI or not, your delicious wit and nerdiness come through beautifully ❤️‍🔥⚡️

  • Jimmy Choo ,Charlie Brown. Turn that frown upside down. We didn't start the fire. It's always burning since the world been turning..

Using AI to write a profile is so far down my list of concerns that it is really a non-issue. Besides, using AI to write or polish one’s writing produces a cold, almost clinical blandness that is almost comical at times. Getting mad at someone using AI to write is analogous to early bank robbers. The young bank robber who originally came up with the idea to conceal his face visited the older bank robber and asked him why he didn’t conceal his. The older bank robber said “I want to be me. There is an art to getting away with it even if they see you.” As the young bank robber left he laughed. The older bank robber asked what he was laughing at. The young bank robber turned around and said:

“The irony is they are placing a hood over your head when they hang you tomorrow.”

  • Possibly a minority viewpoint from the (male) client side, but I still tend to give a fair bit of attention to a pro's written profile.

For me, a clever, engaging, thoughtful profile ups the likelihood of a clever, engaging, thoughtful cuddler. The recent spate of AI prose has kinda knocked down the signal/noise ratio on that a bit, but true quirks and personality on the handwritten stuff still come through.

I do look at karma comments a lot more than formerly, just because a lot of the new profiles are converging toward a kinda polished (if bland) AI mean.
