I just load up a City and Colour playlist on Spotify. Other times, I will play lo-fi study beats from YouTube. Both never fail to soothe out the city rumble
I know some may think it is awkward but I like silence. Music can fill the silence but I would rather just listen to the other person breathing. If we feel like talking I like conversation without trying to talk over the music. Also, one of the things I work towards is feeling comfortable enough to have occasional silence without feeling like I have to say something for the other person to like me
