WOW,,,,,,,where i live they are calling for a FOOT or more of SNOW this weekend. I hope everyone stays warm and safe. News said this is the worst storm ( nation wide) in 30 years. Good luck everyone.
Yeah...I believe they said we are looking at 12 to 18 inches in Delaware. I'm hoping it stays warm and turns into rain😁
Good luck!
We are supposed to only get 5-7 inches. I have snow total anxiety.
But it is dipping below zero here tonight. I think it is 7 degrees right now with 20 mile an hour winds, so I am guessing it’s cold outside. At least the snow will be powdery and no ice because of the temps.
Come to Florida!!!
I go to Florida several times a year
I moved from the East Coast to Vegas to avoid precisely this kind of weather. I remember the Blizzard of 93. Is this going to be like that?
At any rate, stay warm and cozy. My heart goes out to all of you.
Thank goodness I worked 3 12 hour shifts at the hospital, off the next 3 days. It’s gonna be a mess for my coworkers and other healthcare people!
I'm in my truck for the storm near fort worth
lol goodtimes
@coolrunnings12 @Lost_Alone Hey you guys are my across the state neighbors! I think you are getting more snow and we are getting the colder temps.
@TheFunCartel gotcha! Love KC, such an amazing city. Yep we are getting it here for sure
Not ready but waiting 😆❄️
I’m trying to escape the cold as we speak lol.✈️ Stay warm and safe everyone! Make sure you’re stocked up on all your essentials!
Driving to Phoenix Arizona as we speak. Because… screw all that.
Upstate SC- essentially halfway between Atlanta and Charlotte- is expecting 1-2" of sleet then 2 rounds of freezing ice potentially upwards on an inch. They are saying it's going to be catastrophic and be prepared for several days of no power. Oh and the temps won't even really get above freezing for a couple days.
🥶❄️🥶
10-14 of snow where I'm at. I'm prepared as much as I can. Generator is ready if SHTF.
Everyone stay safe this weekend!
Was able to avoid this, because warehouse I was delivering to stayed open 3.5 hours later than they normally do. Super appreciated!
Just got up, have my coffee and looked out the window at all this cold, wet, white, frozen stuff out there ... yurgh. Glad I have a backup generator just in case.
You should come over, we dont have any snow. And probably wont get any either.
@AXoshijuac yea, I’m in Albuquerque right now. Drove down from Colorado Springs last night. As soon as I got here, it cleared up. It’s crazy because from Colorado Springs to Las Vegas, New Mexico, the weather’s brutal.
I am going to Florida a couple of weeks too late 😩
Texas is about to freeze this weekend. ❄️ Praying for pipes, power grids, and all of us suddenly realizing we own zero winter clothes. 😅 Sending cozy vibes to everyone wherever you are. 🕯️✨
Wish it would dump five feet here and stay all winter! I love the snow. ❄️☃️🌨
Definitely not good when it's in places that aren't set up for it, though. Hope everyone is safe and warm out there. Stock up on drinking water and pantry food, and crank up the temperature while you can.
19° when I woke up, this morning. No snow expected for a couple days, but a bit still on the ground from the last one. Thus far it's been a wet, very disappointing winter. At least I got my white Christmas! 🎄

Blanketed with ice/snow.
Saw a pigeon that looked like it froze to death.
Oh wow stay safe. I’m from Australia never seen the snow. It was 40c in Melbourne yesterday and 44c on Tuesday. Very very hot and dry here.
Time to get out the puffer jacket for you all!
@Tysond so lucky, i always make an effort to stay inside from when it snows until it melts
@SunsetSnuggles i love the snow too. As a healthcare provider we tend to get stuck staying at the hospital, possibly for a few days. So it becomes less fun at that point lol. So lucky to be off til Tuesday
It’s supposed to snow all night in Kansas City, but it’s been just “powder” today. In my experience, it ALMOST never gets as bad as they say it’s going to- They’re only predictions, after all! Having been raised in poverty- I hoard food, so I went out for just a quart of milk and made chili in the crock pot this morning- BRING IT ON!!!
It's been a quiet week in Lake Wobegone. Bunsen Motors closed up early Friday, because Clint had heard there was a big snowfall coming and wanted to get ahead of the game. Clarence said, "It's never as bad as they say it's going to be" but Clint reckoned, why take the risk? Harold Star, owner, printer and principal journalist of the The Herald Star had stories entitled, "Biggest snowfall in decades swamps Wobegone county" and "Snow promises unfulfilled: snowman competition cancelled" ready to run. A few flakes had settled on the Statue of the Unknown Norwegian, but the rotating crowd - if three people can be called a crowd - endlessly failed to agree on whether they were fresh flakes that had just landed, or old ones that had lain long enough to be accounted the first layer.
Wally at the Sidetrack Tap dismissed the concerns of regulars. "We are supposed to only get 5-7 inches. But they say it will dip below zero here tonight. I think it is 7 degrees right now with 20 mile an hour winds, so I am guessing it’s cold outside. At least the snow will be powdery and no ice. Too warm for ice."
@great_pillow08 Yeah it’s so cold it is powder. You can remove it with a leaf blower!
