@cfdanny Yes the Christopher Guest movies were fantastic. She had a knack of taking morally reprehensible people and making them funny and even likeable in a way.
The best thing I can say about her is she was the type of person that you wanted her to be your girlfriend, mom, sister, daughter or best friend (depending on where you were in life). An immensely lovable person.
Unfortunately, she had a rare heart condition. And a couple of other conditions. Her organs were reversed—her heart was on her right side and her other organs were reversed as well or as her husband joked in interviews—her head was on backwards.
Rest in peace. I can't help but think she's on the Soul Train to the Great Beyond just like in the second Beetlejuice movie.
