From what I see, the US is the most active country, followed by either the UK and/or Canada. Australia and France are pretty active as well. Other countries not so much, but have I missed any?
Netherlands is next.
Ireland usually has an active professional. After that there is just a sprinkling across western Europe, too few for statistics to be meaningful.
