I usually don’t play music but if the pro makes requests I go with ocean sounds/spa music
I cuddled with someone who also loved heavy metal so I played my metal list lol something hilarious about snuggling into someone while In Flames or As I Lay Dying or All That Remains in blasting 😆😆😆 Spooning to BloodyWood 😂
One time a cuddle partner put on a jazz playlist - great, I love jazz! However, a couple hours into our cuddle apparently his Spotify playlist had ended and it had been adding "similar songs" to the queue. It had started shifting to R&B - also great! However, then "Let's Get It On" started.
We both recognized the song within a few chords - thankfully we both burst out laughing 😂 definitely kind of awkward , but we both were weirdos so we made it even more so - we started singing along 😅🤷🏻♀️

Had a client for a 4 hour session ... First 2 hours he played german death metal... I finally asked if we could try some lo-fi ... He agreed to try it and my nerves were finally able to calm down. I truly love all music but also truly believe there's a time and a place for all music and for my personal taste that wasn't the time or the place. I was just happy he enjoyed the lo-fi because otherwise it would of been another 2 hours of his choice
Very recently me and a cuddle buddy were sharing music we liked. He put on some really amazing good vibe gorillaz and shared some of their new album with me. He asked what I liked. Normally I go for instrumental but I said I liked Witt Lowry. I put on the song silicone kingdom. Quickly remembered why I don’t listen to stuff I listen to on my free time during a cuddle and the vibes are just not it. Was so depressing and at that point I couldn’t turn it off because I was in too deep by that point 😂 and it was such a long song. Like extra long because of the awkward silence as he was listening. 😬 Luckily he was chill about it and we laughed it off after I said it was clearly not a cuddle song and that was my bad haha. I did make up for it after by putting on some pretty amazing chill tracks after that he got the name of because he said he liked it so much. 😂 ♥️ live and learn

Two weeks ago during a cuddle session, I had mellow music on for the 1st half. We were talking about concerts we've seen and enjoyed and I had mentioned Sleep Token. We then listened to Sleep Token for the last 2 hours
The other day, a client was playing some benign TV in the background and the Sarah McLachlan commercial came on. So I've technically cuddled to Angel and that was weird to me.
Another time, I was playing one of my favorite relaxing albums and during a quiet moment of cuddling the one of the few parts of the album with lyrics played which is, "love me, love me, love me" in a quiet tone repetitively for what felt like eons but in reality is only about 15 seconds. That was also weird to me.
