I attended the meet and greet in MD near DC and it was such an helpful variable to fostering community and safety. I’m serious to see if there is enough interest in me hosting one in or around Newark De.

I recommend scanning through the M&G Mega Thread for others who may have expressed interest in your general area. You can also try searching in the Cuddle Requests forum.
Sometimes @ tagging in those people can help get them involved if they haven't been active in the forums in awhile. Personal messages to locals also doesn't hurt.

Not trying to be snarky, @VAdude but you can do a search under the Cuddlers tab to see that there are many cuddlers in the greater DC/MD/VA area.
Edit to add, it seems that cuddle gatherings make their way around the USA, as there are more gatherings planned for other places. As successful as this year's Bethesda gathering was, I feel certain something like it will happen again. It's just going to take time as we just had our gathering last weekend. But, keep an eye out on the meet and greet mega-thread; I am sure something will come along which could be of interest and close enough to your locale.

Not holiday weekends. It jacks up prices on everything (flights, hotels, shelters, etc.)
