Suggestions ^.^

So I am pretty excited!
I just made business cards for my cuddle therapy, and received them in the mail today! By doing this, I hope to bring traffic to this site through passing them out, and of course to get more business and I wanted to ask some of you where you think a safe, appropriate place to put these/hand them out. or who would be the best people to give them to?
Has any pros done this before, if so did it work out?
and guys how would you feel seeing a business card for a pro-cuddler would you respond to it? or look into it? or would you think its weird and pass it by :)
thanks for the feedback!

  • Perhaps local counselors or therapists (without "no solicitors" signs posted) could pass your cards on to people who may be interested. They'd at least be the most likely to understand people's need for touch and the most likely to be in contact with those who are struggling from a lack of touch. They may even be happy to have a new resource freely walk through their doors. Phone calls instead of door calls may be able to bypass some of those "no solicitors" signs, too.

I've been thinking of making business cards for my Facebook group "Cuddlers of Canberra" which is just a group for networking free cuddle buddies (professionals could join too but there are none in my city as far as I know). I was thinking I might just leave them in libraries or places like that. I also printed some posters to put up at the local universities.
  • Yeah i will keep an eye out for the no solicitor signs :P
thats a good idea for the counselors, but I wouldnt want them to think im taking their business. I was thinking maybe physical therapists, or doctors to give to people that suffer from ptsd, weed clinics might be good??
    Sunflower,
I would make yourself some business cards Vistaprint.com has some great deals :D maybe I should make some flyers for cuddle comfort in general to post around coffee shops and things :)

  • Yay, Brandi! My first thought was spas and massage parlors. I like the idea for the counselor and therapy offices too.
