Hi, I'm new and I'm a Brit too!

I've been lurking here for a little while to get a feel for the place but starting to become more active, there doesn't seem to be very many of us Brits on here, not enough anyway! I thought I'd say hi to anyone I haven't seen yet.
I'm also happy to chat and make friends with people around the world :)

    I think this is like the 3rd thread about Brits wanting to connect with other Brits. I was curious being here in the States what the CC community is like there…. And whoa ! You have a lot of members . Like in a 20 Mile radius according to the site there is like 70 members around London on the site in past 24 hours !!!! That’s amazing 🤩

    Sounds like you guys could use a meet and greet opportunity to get folks together since there’s so many of you active. That’s one of the ways here in the states we do to get folks connected ! I bet it would be a huge success 👍

    @ShaneSchrute It's very green with lots of open spaces but we still have lots of facilities. Also, very few people, including Brits, know where it is. But maybe that's not such a good thing!

    @OhioMike I can't deny that inspired me to join in. I didn't want to feel left out. I'm a few hours from London and it's less densely populated here. I guess it might be easier in London. I did get a message from a pro in London who seemed absolutely lovely, but sadly too far away. Maybe I should plan a trip to London sometime and meet up with some cuddlers?

    @MattCuddleBear you would be amazed on how far peeps will travel to a cuddle comfort meet and greet ! 🤗. Plus you guys have that great public transportation network that we mostly don’t have here to get people around 👍

    I would consider if it were me to reach out to a couple tenured cc members and see if they would help organizing a meet and greet somewhere around London greater metro area I know it would work just like it does here ! 😊🙏🏼👍

    @MollyCuddle yes there are. But not many. Try Google searching, Meetup and Eventbrite.

    There hasn't been a Cuddle Comfort meet 'n' greet in the UK yet. It would almost certainly have to be in London, cuddlers being so thin on the ground elsewhere.

    @MattCuddleBear clients do come to London from at least as far as Manchester for an oxytocin boost.

    Oh, and there's no need to be so modest. You know perfectly well that the whole notion of making Big Things Out Of Iron Especially Bridges started as near as makes no difference in Telford.

    I'm a British guy too, not as new I've been on here for two years and had a lot of experience. I live in Leicester, I can host or guest, I travel a lot for sessions, so it would be good to hear from Enthusiasts or Professionals in and around the Midlands to make things a bit easier travelwise.

    I’m in the west coast from the USA. We use to throw Red Dwarf marathon parties! Kryton is my favorite character. Favorite episode is where Kryton becomes human.

    Hi @MattCuddleBear @MollyCuddle @Nifty74 I'm a professional cuddler based between Bedford and Milton Keynes but I do also travel - this isn't a sales pitch, just to say I'm also outside of London but I'm up for trying to get some of us together - I run cuddle puddles so could perhaps run a special CC members event?

    @LivnTheLife No I didn't get the Lyrics, I remember the tune now, I wasn't a Red Dwarf fan I'm afraid, I never got into it. I caught bits of it over The years The Cat made me laugh, and I met Norman Lovett once, he was a nice guy.
