I know of a pro who has the back of a van set up as a mobile cuddle spot. It's pretty neat. But I would never ever suggest you select another person's car as a cuddle spot.
I offer car cuddles in my own vehicle. It’s a super comfortable full size bed. I keep all the windows and truck wide open and meet in public. It’s actually has been safer than hotels because guys won’t try anything if they don’t feel “behind closed doors”
It has a very chill picnic vibe to it. People casually walk by, we can hear the city or the waves and people’s voices in the distance. I don’t have tinted windows or park in hidden places. I park where cameras are
I love it, nobody has to dish out for a hotel, I don’t have to enter a strangers home, we can meet in the middle, I feel in control and safe, and it quickly weeds out chill respectful men vs creeps. Nobody wants to catch an indecent exposure charge and I mention that to anyone that wants to snuggle in my vehicle so they understand how public it is.
I have done the minivan cuddles too, parked by the lake with the tailgate open. Similar setup to @Violetblanket . I found it to be a nice option for vetted clients who didn’t have the budget for hotels plus cuddles. Alas the Honda has gone on to greener pastures so I offer the pontoon boat cuddles for clients who want to be out in nature. I was kind of surprised to hear the negativity surrounding this option whereas I am more reluctant to host at my home. I suppose we each have our comfort levels and different strokes for different folks!
I had this request. It always came from new clients too. I rejected it each time. Because they are new and it can be dangerous. I would not mind this with some repeat clients who I know and trust now. But newbies just absolutely not.
I had a girlfriend who I cuddled in the car with before. Certainly not ideal but yes if some weirdo asks anyone in here to do that on a first meeting.
I’ve done a cat cuddle before, and I don’t think I’ll do it again. It’s not really comfortable but the conversation was really great.
I was asked to in the back of a SUV. It belonged to the enthusiast. She didn’t have a lot of time and it was convenient. I would suggest vetting an enthusiast first. Talk to other pros.

If it’s my vehicle I have no issues.
Maybe after you know someone very well, but otherwise hard no. Always trust your gut and I don't think it's safe.
