  • There's a 'Visited You' list, can we have a 'You visited' list?

Wow, you've added a mute account option! That wasn't there last time I needed a break and deactivated.

The ability to keep expanding communications with men I was already talking to was exactly why I reactivated again. In the process of waiting for a certain guy to reply I had 4 new men ask for a slot! My profile states right at the top NO NEW REQUESTS.
But when I searched within 50 miles of 55318 I was one of less than 4 non professional cuddlers!!! And there are a lot of women active.
I truly do feel bad for men here, every woman on the site for my area is a pro; honestly! Give a guy a break.

But it so nice to have this option. Thanks a lot! I can actually keep talking with the few guys near me and not have to get multiple requests from all over. Love the mute account feature!!

  • Please add the location to the inbox as well. Location should really attached most places the username displays (in forum posts as well). Thanks!

@ubergigglefritz i agree it would make things alot easier.

  • I think there should be an option to just press the return button to send a message. I know that requires a lot of code writing but man it would be a million times more efficient.

I also think there should be an extra option in regards to karma... there should be a missed connection or no-show option that doesn't effect your rating but does warn or keep track of that data).

I wasted 2 hours driving and looking for a gal (first she gave a wrong address and then wasn't at the other address at all, and then stopped replying altogether) I gave up, gave her bad karma and then she gave me bad karma in retaliation.

I'm a professional and could have made actual money with a different client had I not wasted time looking for her in the cold. I shouldn't be penalized for trying, losing out on money, and then potentially losing business because of her missteps and bad ranking.

I also don't want her to not recieve cuddles because she was no where to be found. It could have been an honest mistake but it also shouldn't keep her from making it work in the future with someone else. I deleted my karma on her wall, but I'm still stuck with hers.

  • A minor thing: it would be nice to be able to see the results of polls without having to submit an answer (e.g. when none of the answers apply to you).

  • Can the 'Visitors' page have a filter, perhaps with three options, show everyone, only female or only male? I'm not interested in male visitors and sometimes I have to click on their profile just to see if the visitor is male or female.

  • It would be nice if I could do a keyword search on the “Cuddle Requests” page. Or if there was a regional filter. Then I could see if anyone in my area has posted a request.
    Thank you.

  • I agree with @reurbo and @cuddleindigo and I like both of your suggestions. And I look forward to the updates @Mark.

  • Please add the option to be listed under multiple locations. Cuddlist does this. I want to be searchable under locations I'm traveling to. In addition, I am looking to add on-demand office space in town, so I want to be searchable for those locations in addition to my home location.

  • It would be nice if I could see a member’s forum contributions when viewing their profile. I imagine a button to that person’s conversations. That takes me to a list of their various comments on threads. Clicking on one would take me to that conversation. It would help me get to know the person better if I could see what they had to contribute to these topics.

    Two suggestions -

    a) The forum posts should not be accessible without logging in. A lot people use their instagram IDs or other social media handles as cuddle comfort usernames. A lot of people have recognizable photos on cuddle comfort. If they post on the forums and someone searches their social media handles, their posts are immediately visible to the searcher. Thus, even though they may have set up their accounts to be visible only to other users, they show up on google if they have posted on forums, which beats the purpose of setting accounts as private.

    b) List of friends should not be accessible/viewable without logging in. For the users who have set up their profiles as public and searchable on google, their list of friends might contain people who have set their accounts as private. The privacy of these latter users are violated if people can see their cuddle comfort username and picture without logging in.

@Tallmann - there is no button for doing that, but there is a way to see an user's forum contributions. From the FAQs,

Is there a way to find all posts from a user?

The following method is unsupported, so might change without warning. Remember that a user's comments are just a snapshot and may be easy to misinterpret out of context, and might not represent them accurately as a person.

Add a user name after the following URL to see that person's posts:

    https://www.cuddlecomfort.com/forum/profile/comments/

    For example: https://www.cuddlecomfort.com/forum/profile/comments/respectful

To go beyond the first page, add "?page=p2" etc. to the end:

    https://www.cuddlecomfort.com/forum/profile/comments/respectful?page=p2

  • @Tallmann - most users never ever contribute to the forums. It's a tiny subset who do. So being able to browse every forum post a user has made would be of little use.

  • While I applaud the controls limiting messages to new members geographically, I had a perplexing situation today. A recently new member requested to be my friend, and I happily accepted. But even as friends, I couldn’t send a message thanking my new friend. I even tried the message command from the friend page, and still no. I’m a patient person, and I can wait until the new-user control expires, but it does make me appear to be less than friendly.

I wish there was a way for the sender to know if the messages sent have been read.

I really wish they would allow us to add a secondary location. It'd save everyone a lot of time. I live in Sacramento but I travel to San Jose frequently for cuddle sessions.

    "Account Mute" feature:

I think the new "Account Mute" feature is not working. I am still getting messages from new members (that I haven't spoke with before). It would also be nice if we were able to have a longer range of the time to mute our account: like 6 weeks.

  • @Keira Agree wholeheartedly. Except whatever and however many locations as people want. Pros can be flagged if they are falsely advertising. I have my home and locations I routinely visit. I am looking for cuddle space in the two cities I am near. I want to show up in searches for all locations I cuddle in... :-/

  • [Deleted User]Keira (deleted user)

@ubergigglefritz Agreed. I changed my location to Santa Clara/San Jose a few days ago because I'm taking a trip out there tomorrow but it's really annoying because now people in Sacramento aren't messaging me because they think I'm already in San Jose, and people in San Jose are messaging me asking me for same day sessions and I have to explain I'm not there yet. I really hope they give us a multiple locations option soon. That's another concern - I don't want people to report me thinking that I'm just messing around or that it's some sort of scam because I change my location every week or two.

  • Yes. People can put in small radiuses. I really need to be listed in both my primary cities (Richmond and Charlottesville), in addition to my home base. I changed to NC to try to find people for my upcoming trip, and everyone in VA is confused, lol.

@Lovelight It hides you from search but people can find you through other ways, such as the forum. It's just meant to give you a brief period of rest. The deactivation feature is more appropriate when taking a break for a few weeks.

  • @Mark thank you, that's reasonable. I thought it stops new members from messaging for the time it allows for mute. While allowing us to continue with pre-existing conversations (conversations that were had prior to mute).

That does make sense so I'm going to make a note to look at possibly doing that. I'll let you know...

  • @Mark wonderful, thank you! ?

  • [Deleted User]BigHugsCA (deleted user)

@Keira True. I was thinking you had left this area.

  • edited December 2018

@Mark I think adding the following to the Search Criteria would be helpful.

    Smoking:

    • Only E/ Cigarettes
    • Only Weed
    • Don't mind
    • None
  • [Deleted User]Keira (deleted user)

True... I put no smoking because i don't smoke cigarettes but I do smoke the devil's lettuce.

  • edited December 2018

    @kiera

Yes. People vary on which ones they smoke and which ones they tolerate to be around. So adding to the list the ability to select multiple options is good. Thanks for helping to improve my suggestion. ?
