Cuddler being too secretive.

[Deleted User]fryan (deleted user)

Hey guys,
I set up a booking with a cuddler that's a little far from where I am so don't know the area very well. Normally this wont bother me but the person I am talking to has been very scarce with info. Hasn't told me her name, and when I asked about the location I have to come to she said she'll let me know when I start.
Is this strange? I feel a bit uncomfortable with the whole thing. Also the person has not asked me to meet in public or have a call first, which kinda conflicts with her being cautious. Any advice is appreciated.

  • I've met people like that. Go with your instincts.

If she isn’t giving info don’t waste your time. It’s obvious she is doing something wired. Of course she may say it’s for her protection but you have to worry about yours. Like Walsht said trust your instincts.

  • You should be uncomfortable - always meet in public first. Highly questionable that she can't give you details and doesn't have a location. If she can come up with a viable game plan that ensures safety and neutrality for both of you, then go for it. Otherwise, pass.

  • This two steps of directions is common with sex providers. You drive to an intersection, call and finally get an address or room number. I don't understand why this makes women more comfortable. What's equally common is that there is no call once the man is nearby. Maybe your Cuddler has a former career or running dual operations.

Thanks for all the input guys. Yeah I'm gonna play it safe and just call it off.

  • Simply: You're seeking comfort from someone who is making you uncomfortable. There's a problem there.

If "booking" means pro, you should have zero questions about who she is. Is she certified?

The easiest way to answer your questions is by asking her for clarity. She knows her name, and she knows why she's not telling you what it is. Find out one of those things, and decide if you're comfortable with it.

    Me being me? Pass.

  • That honestly sounds sketch af... Possibly a prostitution thing? Either that or she's in some witness protection thing? I dunno. All my red flags are raising and I would also say no.

  • Is it a pro?

  • @laylanie "witness protection " Lmao

  • Hmm... is she a pro?

It could be that she's also apprehensive/cautious about meeting a stranger. Did she give you a general neighborhood/town or intersection already?

You could just ask to meet in public or to talk on the phone first if you wanted to and see how she responds?

Girls are understandably more cautious and I wouldn't necessarily assume malicious intent unless shown otherwise. I would just go and tell a few trusted friends where I was going (update the location once you know it.)

I mean, what are you concerned about? that she's trolling you and won't show up? Assuming she's a pro, that wouldn't make sense given her incentive is to make money from you.

  • @fryan , im looking at this differently. You are concerned that the pro you booked is being too secretive. Browsing your profile , there is no self summary detailing you. There are no friends made, and no karma written . You could be very well right that there is something amiss. I just think that sometimes we forget how secretive and protective we are about ourselves we forget what image we project. Just a thought. Hoping the best for you here.

  • Hard pass. The best way for a woman to protect herself is to meet in public, and meeting in public doesn't have all that secretive runaround crap she's trying to pull. If she were legit looking for cuddles, she'd have zero problem meeting you at a pre-arranged public location where you would both feel comfortable.

  • I’d personally be uncomfortable. I’d say if you have ask if it’s weird, it usually is

She'll either flake or you'll be ice cubes.

    Find someone else.

Hmm... Maybe it's just me. I've only done a session once before, not from this site though. She was super nice. Initially we agreed to meet for coffee but then cancelled it after talking on the phone for a bit. I guess I simply expect things to work that smoothly. The person is super far away, else I would have just stuck with her.

@OhioMike I understand your point very well. Which is why I kinda prefer if we talk for a bit, meet before the session etc. Kinda need a name to start off though lol.

@TacticalTeam I just don't want to get mixed up in any problematic situations, that's all. Personally I prefer to talk on the phone/a chat app if the person doesn't want to give out their number, before meeting.

Anyway cancelled it. I'll find someone else.

  • @OhioMike - A+++!!!

  • @BlueIris - thank you. You and I have been talking about this kind of subject it seems forever.

@fryan - The point you seem to be missing is that without any info on your profile, it doesn't motivate very many women to reply to you at all.

@OhioMike - Yep, but there will always be a new batch of hopefuls that don't read the old posts and don't figure this out from their disappointing experiences.

  • @BlueIris - maybe this site needs a TAB at the top with something like ..."Nobody talks to me! " and then you click on it and it has like the common pointers to assist you.

  • @OhioMike and @BlueIris. I would agree completely with topics that are along the lines of "why does no one talk to me" and I can agree that there could be more in someone's profile. The fact that the post here was written in a descriptive way seems to me that @fryan may just not like to have a long profile, but can be communicative.
The annoying factor tends to be trying to talk to a brick wall. I'm usually willing to give a pass to a person with a short bio as long as the responses are more than 2 word answers where I gotta carry the conversation, but that's besides the point.
Since the topic was along the lines of feeling uncomfortable and the other person starts acting as sketch as OP said? I don't think profile content would have mattered too much. People are just going to be creepy if thats their MO.
